The bots definitely take mire's grasp highly for a common. Rare to see any of those past pick 3 or so. I suppose that's similar to how real drafts would go, though.
I once had a practically unbeatable deck with Ashiok, Calix and the fixing/removal to support them as well as a two other solid on color rares. I down ticked calix on two devourers and still lost to the other two they proceeded to play and then swing with over three turns
For me that card really picked up my respect when I saw how many times in a game it could trigger incidentally. Hierophant and Funeral Rites are two of its best friends.
8.9k views and 88 likes? People on RU-vid are dumb. It's pretty much the easiest thing to do and you apparently don't see any point in supporting content creators.
ToonLinksDair basically random, no thought or comment just this is card me click card. It’s a general problem with streamers is that they both pick random cards and play random cards instead of thinking and sequencing plays or thinking of outs and playing to them
@@antoniobush4560 The thought process is definitely there but I will admit it can be a little hard to read without that process being explained, so I'll give it a go. Pack one is just the best card or close to it each time (though I'd argue Aracnir is a miss over Omen), with the clear goal of landing in Black primarily but leaving options open for multiple colours as the rest of the draft continues. At the start of Pack 2, he takes one of the best Rares in the set followed by a card which combos very nicely with it, then takes some Green cards in the middle of the pack to stay open when the picks are close in power level. Then in Pack 3 the Dreadful Apathy tips the scales on the power of his White Cards versus the Green and the secondary colour is decided. The rest of the pack happens. Haven't watched the games yet but happy to answer any questions you have about gameplay decisions when I'm done, because if there's as much commentary there as during the draft portion, it sounds like some of it may need explaining. Though I do advise coming off the high horse because unless you're PV in disguise, chances are you've made more than a few mistakes yourself in your Magic career. :P
