Someone needs to tell little man and the other people that couldn't make it either when it was one foot away that it's a contest and when it's over, then they can skate again, but until then have a little respect and step aside. All he is doing and the other people that keep going when they should've been sitting and watching at that point is getting in the other skaters way and making it more dangerous. I got mad respectful little man spirit, but there's a time and place for everything.
Little man needs to remove himself as it’s a competition and clearly couldn’t make the first one. All these clowns actually messing up the good people.
The problem is you have a bunch of people charging that ramp that couldn't make it when the bar was 1 foot in front of it they shouldn't be hitting it when the bars 5 feet away, get the funk out of the lineup. 🤦♂
Love you Christian… definitely, you were the man at the end of the end of the… end of the day. Super guy and will be rooting for ya. You are a gentleman in the response to my replies! 😘
i used to skate back in the day. i seen some teens skating in a parking lot a few weeks ago. i told them i havnt skated in 35 years. kid says give it a shot. i stood on the board and to my suprize his trucks were set to how i used to skate. i gave it 3 good pumps and kickflipped over one of the kids boards.. they all went wild and i was in shock i still can skate.
Growing up skating in a town with 6k people is a much different experience on a given skate session. You all have mad competition to push out great skaters at a young age
yall need to space out a little. one guy bails and causes a pile up because they go literally right behind. needs a little more organization. good shit tho
It's 100 dollars and the dude doesn't even have it in his pocket. He's like counting 5s and 10s I mean really it's 5 20s you didn't have that in your pocket.
The shorter younger ones should get a bungee boost. Their skill is there to stick it, but the speed is lacking do to leg length. The skills yall youngins possess these days. Amazin!
@@1uniqerider I was looking for Christian’s IG - no luck, Rio is @rio.batan - first time I ever saw Christian, he’s from SF and has some unreal power and pop
@@YungRedd I’m a Florida boy who runs events and film for almost 20 years, so we gotta keep it tight in skateboarding, that’s the skatepark of Tampa way
Back in the 90s the skate scene was much more hardcore than it is today. That scooter kid would be attacked and all those kids that just flip the board when they cant even do an ollie would be thrown out of there. Today it is way more mainstream and accepted.
A lot of these guys shouldn't even try when there's a contest. I understand getting practice in but dam not when there's a contest or challenge and half these guys can't even olli
How you going to keep moving it closer? LoL. The guy that started missed it; you moved it closer, and the next guy won. That just looks really bad. LoL. Just leave it. If no one makes it, split the prize. If you move it closer, GIVE BOTH COMPETITORS A CHANCE AT THE NEW, SHORTER DISTANCE!!!
@@dayl4151 right this is just a little impromptu skate contest. Wouldn’t even call it that. This is Tompkins Square park in the LES. I wish this key board warrior would have been around when we dominated this park circa 1988 . Skate NYC Usued to be right where people are starting their run. It was a gathering point. It was bad ass. I promise you lil mofos like this dude wouldn’t be saying NATHAN. just staying quit. Now they got a computer they can say what you want. Have some respect when you talk about the NYC skate scene . Evidently the worlds best at the time ( Mark Gonzales ,and so many Cali giants ) all the pros where coming here back when SHUT was still a company and Zoo York was just an idea. So I’m guessing you never came here to skate.
