To pull from a folded envelope--definitely something normally considered "unbreakable," like a long screw (one that is the length of the envelope), which you could then drop onto the table (or floor) for a GREAT audio effect!

That looks amazing! One cool thing to pull out from a small envelope would be a tiny glass full of water with the spectator's name written on the bottom of the glass.

This is what I have been looking for. A companion to the crushed and restored soda can. As a Scoutmaster, at camp talking to the Scouts about being wasteful and treat the envelope as a found object: "Hey! Who left this here? Is anyone going to eat this?" (Eat an envelope?!?) Do this trick, eat the cracker, then "find" the soda can. Even better if we had an activity earlier in the day where we were using these envelopes for something. I think the best magic is just spontanious, rather than a "show". Could just as easily work in an office lunchroom.

I modified it slightly to produce an oreo cookie cookie bite - put the envelope back in the pocket, bite, restore and vanish the cookie - no more heat on the envelope... it all makes sense. Thanks for the great inspiration Jay!

The best thing pulling out the envelope would be something from the spectator that was not borrowed earlier, it would leave everyone completely staggered! Something like a con-man routine combined your amazing trick. (if you read this, this is my own idea, please don't comment it as yours)

I would remove anything that couldn't logically fit in the envelope. Think: The Mary Poppins scene where she pulls out a coat rack out of her bag. Remember that? OR, on the TV show "The Carbonaro Effect", when he makes a watermelon appear from a flat box. Yea, that's what I would want to do. Haha Does The Carbonaro Effect show air in Canada, Jay? It's a really cool show.. Michael Carbonaro does an awesome job with it. If not, I highly recommend searching up scenes here on RU-vid.. IMO, it's worth the time! Maybe you could even do a Sankey-inspired twist and give us a reveal video? Haha

I think the most amazing thing you can remove would be a golden medallion. In context, it would be a great way to present an award. The symbolism of a large sturdy medallion coming from a small floppy envelope could be greatly used in the speech after presenting the medallion as an award. For example, a magician started small, uncertain, and unnoticeable just made a grand entrance into the world of performance and shines lustrously in the field. I bestow this medallion produced from this small envelope as metaphorical to his/her entrance into this performance world.
