6 cylinder will out run an 8 any day of the week, weather it’s an in-line or a v. They also sound better imo and are lighter. There’s a reason formula 1 use 6’s.
@@seanpoore500Sounding better than a V8 is crazy no way in hell a V6 sounds better than a V8 even supercars brands love the sound of V8s Koenegsigg, McClaren and Ferrari have famous V8 cars but they can be fast if the manufacturer makes them well because they’re some shitty V6s and in lines out there
Not only that but I just watched an RS3 run a 7.6 1/4 lol and it cost waaaaaaaaaaay less then the GTR and my guy still has AC in that 7 sec $60k car before the modds and total on that is o my like $30k totally everything!! The GTR transmission build to even smell 8 seconds cost more than $30k lol!!! 7.6 is crazy fast and faster then this $250k build 🤢🤮
I'm not gonna lie. I still have my 07 Maxima (VQ) and it's 2023. I definitely heard my car on that suttle purr somewhere. I might have even shed a tear.
In drag racing, taller sidewalls allow the tire to wrinkle for minimum tire slip. If this GT-R R35 NISMO was fitted with low profile tires, the rear wheels have a higher chance of slipping as some of the power transmitted from the engine (which is already very powerful at this point) will be wasted during wheelspin as the tire sidewall can't wrinkle to absorb some of the load. This is why the fastest drag cars (funny car, top fuel) use high profile tires. These cars pack thousands of horses (10,000 BHP for top fuel, which is insanely high for a car), so they want as much of that power thrown down onto the drag strip as possible instead of burning rubber.
Have you seen the 7.6 1/4 mile RS3 iROZ it’s all white 👀👀👀!! Tx2k would have to deal with that for sure it may not win but it’s going to be top 10 I’m sure
Nissan GTR requirements for 8's Thousand of dollars in aftermarket and lots of boost. Requirements for a Dodge Demon to do 8's...... It does 8's from the factory 🤯
