In this episode I visit Fish Fry Wright located at 610 Lawrence Street, Burlington, NJ. This Fish Fry eatery is in the Liquor store parking lot right off of route 130. You could smell the fish fry from blocks away. Owner Kris explains how this is not your typical fish fry spot since he likes to do things a little different. By different he deep fries things like Snow Crab Legs and tops it off with fried shrimp and his own signature teriyaki sauce. It is a different experience from steam crabs since you won't get that familiar experience of the steam flavor. Instead you get a sweet, savory, fish deep fried battery flavor. For anyone who just likes steamed crab legs you probably should pass on this but if you want something different and flavorful I definitely give this a shot. Fish Fry Wright also has fish sandwiches, ultimate seafood fries and the delicious shrimp po boy. Reasonably priced and very convenient if you are in the area. He's only open on thursday, friday and saturday from 330-8p
