I have always collected large interesting rings but I had no idea what rings could be. I’ll never be satisfied with ordinary rings again. Your work is otherworldly and I’ll never forget it.
03:40 “Most students just made a plain shank and didn’t really do much to it … and then there was the Jason version.” 😂😂😂 That’s highly imaginative and you saw beyond what everyone else did! That in itself is a breath of fresh air because copying what others do just gets boring and monotonous. I’m really enjoying watching your recorded videos and shorts. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
HI my new friend! DOUG, thank you so much for understanding me! Your support means the world! I have quietly watched you for a year....I don't do much quietly in my life😂 you are a fine gentleman mixed with a rock star! ❤
Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. Your talent as both an artist and collector is stunning. A bold individualistic vision and a reverence for the past - that is exactly what i want to see. So please, give us more!
Oh! This is once in a life time opportunity to see an art examples narrated by the maker. Jason your sensitivity permieats your work, your explanations and additional comemtaries. It is with inmense gratitud and humbleness that I thank you for allowing us in your artistic heart. Some days you live me in tears. My God Bless your mind and hands for ever.
My first ring had some similar concepts. My instructor was so shaming and angry I never "colored out of the lines" every again in making jewelry. So seeing your work just blew me away and saddened me because if I had seen your work and courage I would have done so much more. I love the sculptural work of your jewelry.
Jason your ring collection is truly stunning! I love the citrine ring, the tube rings, the fire opal and so many more! They really are sculptures! You have incredible talent and a great eye for creating! Thank you for sharing this amazing art with us! 😃
One day someones gonna pick up a piece of jewelry at Antique shop and they'll sequel out " its a James Adams piece". Your pieces are like art mixed with jewerly. You've made me look at jewelry in a more personal way to where ill want a story behind what I buy now, so thank you sweetie and never stop creating cause one day someone's gonna tell your stories.
Jason, I’ve never known a man other than my partner who had such large fingers who could wear such amazing rings! I think his wedding ring is size 14! As an artist, Jason, I need to say how much I really admire your style, storytelling and over the top beautiful style! I used to enrage my professors by my content and insistence on my focus and style of my work. I learned in grade school that I would never blend in or be accepted if I tried to blend in. So I decided to wear anything I felt like - that has been how I rolled for my whole life. I believe the cage tortoise ring is my favorite of all, your rings. When I was 5 a wild tortoise come into our home from the desert and hibernated under my bed. We couldn’t touch it because it was protected. I felt very blessed by the universe. Every single time I watch one of your videos it can take me days - I get so inspired that I run off to looks things up, or I have to,sketch things etc! I. Sorry it is taking me so long, but I will watch them all!😊
Mr. Adams, or Jason if I may, you give me pause out of pure wonderment and you give me smiles out of pure joy. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.
11:17 I totally agree that jewelry is one of the best conversation starters ever! I notice it on everyone. For me, it silently speaks volumes for one’s personality.
I adore them all! You are the new Warhol! I love that art deco inspired ring and quite frankly all of them! Outstanding vision and design!!! You are very special!!!!
BREATHLESS! Again, such talent and artistry. And yes as an artist I do understand the courage you spoke of . You have a uniqueness required to be ... my mind is spinning ❤❤
You told us to go watch the early silversmithing video, and I obey you, so here I am! Your creations are spectacular, Jason, and so clearly share glimpses into your spirit... Making sure there was a way to feed your turtle... Of course you did that... My god I love you. And quoting Rilke! Please be mine. 🥰🤩🤩🥰
Your first ring you showed ..with the 4 girls ..I cant stop thinking about it. I drooled over it every second of you showing us that remarkable peice Thank you !!!!! ..

Jason I am so flawed my friend but I thank for your kind words. I just try to do a little better each day.Thank you for all the beauty you bring in so many ways my friend! I love and hugs you, Tee🙂❣🙏@@jasonadams8633
OMG. I am just blown away. When I was doing jewelry in school I wish I would have seen these first in order to see what I could have been creating. The half of poker chip would have made great earrings.
Jason , you are an awesome person . Learning from your videos has been so fun . I didn’t know I wanted to be a silversmith until now . Love jewelry and creating sounds even better !!
Lol Kiersten!!! Didn't you hear the story that my parents fought over my first name? My dad wanted to named me Satire and my mom wanted to name me Justice! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they settled for Jay! 😅🤣😂❤️💖❤️🔥
Gosh, I'm madly in love! Im so grateful Tonya talked to you about sharing with us, Thank you Tanya! Your work is glorious.... I was hoping you would talk about the ring you were wearing as well.
Kelly!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Yes, I owe Tanya a HUGE thank you. I'm touched by all of the love and support. As to the ring I was wearing.....I always have to keep a secret for the neck video..... keep watching my friend 🥰

THELMA!!!!! IS IT REALLY THE THELMA??? I'm stunned and star struck! I have quietly watched you for a year and you are not only a beautiful spirit but a true inspiration. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR COMMUNITY THINK AND BLOSSOM. I'm honored to have you here. You are always welcome on "planet Jason" 😂❤❤❤
HI SISTER SARSAR! Not a single thing wrong with carving, but my brain only allows an addictive process of building! Maybe I do have limits? Lol. As to Herkimers, they steal my heart! Want me to do a short or video on them????
@@jasonadams8633 (((( HUGS))) Just before you said the word 'Courage', I thought Gosh, Jason dives right in. That took courage for him to make a vision come true. He had to have tuned out doubt and listened to himself. I love them All. I cannot wait for our 5th year of friendship so you will feel obligated to make me something. 📯 I was going to say 10th, but cannot wait That long😀🤣😍💗
Jason, I am so grateful you made this beautiful video. That first ring with the figures really spoke to me.And when you showed the huge fire opal ring, I almost lost my mind. I just don't think I've ever seen such beautiful and inspired jewelry, ever. I believe you have the makings of being an important artist. Added: I haven't read the comments, and others may have already suggested this. Have you thought of starting your own jewelry company? I have no idea what is involved with that, but I'll bet your Bakelite polka-dot rings would sell like hotcakes. I'd love to buy one myself!
Hi my buddy Vampy! Thank you so much for you support and comments! I just have so much fun creating!!! I have produced several lines of jewelry but I have always made them myself. I have, for sure, considered starting to design some "lines"... I have been talking to 3 different companies but not sure how to proceed. I feel the need to keep my hands in the process! I also have a book deal and still can't find the time to get that done! Love you lots sweet friend 💗
@@jasonadams8633 I'm so glad you're doing a book! You have a ready-made audience here on YT. So many people love you and would jump at the chance to own one of your pieces!
Me last video: you should do a show on your designs! ten minutes later next video - YOUR DESIGNS! lol 😂 😂 great imaginative work Jason! You're a very interesting person - just realizing you're probably already well known as a modern jeweler......those are some very original designs
Hi Jason, I have found your videos recently. You are an amazing , loving, thoughtful human who I am sooo enjoying watching you and your creations. And all the great info you are sharing with all of your fans. Thanks seems hardly enuf...but I truly mean it.
I'm binge watching you. My word, you are a non conformist and I love it. You have inspired me to try and recycle/reuse some old broken jewellery I have. Your work is stunning. More please!!🥰😍😘
Amazing, amazing Jason! Your rings are soo unique and one of a kind. I so enjoy how you explain each piece and how you constructed it. You are a Natural!!!! 😊❤❤❤
Good morning Jason I am just in aw with your talent. Some are so beautiful and quite different and I love all of them. Blessings to you and keep on creating and you have inspired this old lady.❤
Love is a rose "better not pick it" it only grows when its on the vine..."Linda Ronstadt" go figure a ring cast from failed love.. drawing blood "OUCH" Living your best life now with Jeremy! Mishka! I love your message. Yes, my big Jeremy is a blessing. We make a heck of a good team! Thank you for your kind support and true friendship. You have always been important to me, always will be.... 💙
Oh my... the peonies ring makes me cry just looking at it... And the silver pepplestone ring... and... and... and... You are truly a master making masterpieces.
@@jasonadams8633 Strong or just the right amount? lol I especially love that you don't tell everything about how the polka dot bakelite ring was created. It adds mystery and drama to the unique and gorgeous ring. Jason, even your drama is positive! Every piece is an amazing work of art, done by a super kind person. I'm wondering what will be done with the recent Aquamarine acquisition? I was gifted a huge faceted clear stone and you gave me hope that it can someday be turned into a wearable ring. Thank you for sharing this and I hope your weekend is all you want it to be, rest from the crazy Friday!!
LAURA! YOU ALWAYS GET ME LAUGHING!!!! POSITIVE DRAMA. I'M USING THAT AS MY HASHTAGS FOR MY SHORT TOMORROW!!!! JUST WATCH ME!!!!! IM 🤣🤣🤣. YOU'RE ENCOURAGEMENT MEANS THE WORLD 🌎 TO ME. WOW your rings are wild and wonderful and so unique!!! I'm especially drawn to the smoky quartz and the bright orange opal ~ loving the peridot, too, which happens to be my birthstone 💚 I collect Bakelite bangles btw and I love your 'bakelite' rings and the lucite bracelet. Your artist statement was truly beautiful and says so much about you ~ thanks for sharing ❤❤❤

If you ever design a dwelling be sure and let us see. the Bakelite just so surprised me. Iam not to educated but that orange and you just snip snip put a hole here and Voile' Best ring ever. the sunburst ofa Citrine so glad you let her shine and octopus. the form from liquid silver into water is magical and balance , 2 rings in one, etching.. Hope she sees this video and thanks for sharing... this will take more than 2 watchings to see it all. hugs, Jacki here
Plus your deep understanding of lucite as illumination in many ways matches the spirituality of the ancient guildsmen who fashioned stained glass windows. The light that shines through these objects has been purified by them! Thank you for sharing!
Love all your rings my favorites the poker chip infinity, the Amethyst thumb ring,, Fire Agate Opal Alter, the Cherry Butt, Ohh love the Tube Sculpture ring too!
Hello, Jason. Thank you for you video and for sharing with me this beautifull works. You have such an interesting imagination and taste. Fun and smart and full of inspiration. Love love love)
Hi Jason, I'm going back to your early videos as I want to find out more about your work. I am amazed at your originality and the quality of your work for a student. You were really fulfilling your gifts for your craft. The piece you read 😢touched my heart, such beautiful sentiment. ❤ to you, my 🐙 from Sue in Queensland Australia ❤
Dearest Jason, I have been to your channel many times to make sure I haven’t missed one moment of you. How I missed this video, I don’t know. But perhaps the timing was meant to be. (You know I’m going to write too much! Haha! Can’t help it. So much to say!) Your tone in this video was so sincere. You were informative, poetically descriptive as usual, but you never seemed apologetic or even nervous. And for us artists, I think that’s kind of rare. For you to put this much of yourself out there, so early on in your channel… Wow! No wonder so many have fallen in love with you. And I, dear friend, am standing right in the front row!! 😁 Can I just say, you are amazing! But the most amazing part of you is your heart. It’s beautiful, Jason. Just plain beautiful! Much, much love to you, Cheri ❤❤❤😘
Awsome hard to pick a favorite but i think the 2 bakalite rings the orange tangerine color one is just stunning thrilling and exciting all at the same time.❤
Wow, Jason, I am blown away. Your creativity knows no bounds, I feel like you say 'rules schmules', your work is truly breath-taking and unconventional. As a photographer myself, I am also looking forward to seeing your photography. 🤩🤩🤩
Lisa! I was laughing out loud....until I realized I must have driven my parents totally crazy! Lol. Rules schmules should have been my middle name. On a serious note, I'm so grateful that you are here with me. Trying to create a special place away from the everyday world 🌎 ✨️
Wow the firsr ring is stunning! I absolutely love how you did the beautiful setting around the stone, its just like the old brooches and rings from georgian times. Just wonderful! The ring part reminds me of navajo inspired story teller cuffs. Love it all so much!
Your craftsmanship, storytelling & style are stellar and I am huge admirer. I will one day own one of your masterpieces! Omg photography coming!!! That is my jam❤Love you!
So many beautiful pieces, I have always been a fan of abstract. So your work is right up my alley, so to speak. Love the poker chip, (a huge fan of Art Deco) so many pieces you showed. I live in Grafton Ohio area, small world. I have a huge collection of many different era’s, I love collecting. My sweet hubby bought me a 1920’s Denist Cabinet with the beautiful crystal knobs, to house, my jewelry
Found objects are always magical. They tell us their stories when we use them. Your homage to Loloma he would very much approve! But ultimately your work is a ring renaissance! Every piece is a wonderful sculpture! Jewelry is art as you prove in your work!
Karen. Your other worldly comment hit me right in the heart. Soul. I have looked up to the ones before me, the artists that paved my way. . I can only hope i have paved the way for my next generation of creative spirits. You made me cry about Loloma. He was a master and quite a character. I can merely say thank you. I deeply appreciate your support in this.... ❤️❤️❤️
Love your work at all levels. It’s hard to be a pathfinder but your work is putting you out there with the best! Jewelry is rarely understood. Too many use it as adornment and bling. But your pieces speak volumes as emblems of your spirit. So happy to have found your work! By accident!!!!
Jason, your work is outstanding absolutely fabulous. I love the large pieces large rings your detail. Everything is absolutely amazing one day I would like to commission you to do two rings one for Dennis and myself but we’ll talk about that one day anyway breathtaking that’s all I can say amazing. Keep up the great work my friend.
Ooooooh Mr Bruce! You just made my day! I would be honored to make you two rings! Your lives and channel is looking fantastic. 🎉 I'm very proud of you my friend. Your kindness and comment means more than you know! Don't be a stranger ❤😊
Hi Jason. Just ran across your channel.WOW!!! Wearables Art! Your extremely gifted & talented! I consider all jewelry to be‘wearable’ art . But you give it a whole new dimension. They are ‘extensions’ of yourself! Now. You needn’t agree. But you have been truly blessed & gifted by the very God , your Creator. And he loves you Dearly. So much so that He sent His one & only Son Jesus to die on a cross for YOU.❤
Hi Jason. Thank you so much for this video. It made me smile because I can hear in your voice the joy that creating brings you. In so many ways you expressed things that I have not been able to put into words for myself, for my own art.
SUE. I got to keep it real with you. I saw you for the first time at Adriennes channel.. and to be blunt, I loved you both immediately. Now that that's outta the way... your art and craft should be admired. Highly wearable, incredibly well thought out! Bravo my friend. I'm honored you found me. 💖
