If you're normal (higher than 1m70 and normal genetic) it always takes 6 months to one year to get Planche

It took me 7.5 months to be able to hold 3 seconds of full planche in a clean form. So it's definitely possible 😅 sorry (go check my Instagram to see it, @hippolyte_dch)

And each person teaches in a different way, so there's no such thing as "There are too many" despite that, he's DANIELS LAIZANS, anything related to street workout that comes from him is valuable and unique.
