OMG OMG OMG!! I'm so stoked you are reacting to LP!!!!! It is absolutely criminal that she isn't more popular in North America, because she doesn't have "the right look". She's been signed and dropped by American labels like 3 times! She is far more popular in Europe. This is one of my most favourite songs, and favourite version of this song by her! This version is kind of stripped down, and rock/countrified. The album version is much more pop sounding. My *absolute favourite song* is "Into the Wild", and you really really really need to hear her cover of "Halo". Oh, LP is her initials. Her name is Laura Pergolizzi. Also, her mother is an opera singer. And man can LP whistle! There's video of it. Lol Thanks for reacting to this Van. I hope many more people come to appreciate LP because of it. 😊❤️

Why isnt she more popular here? She's incredible as a vocalist outside how catchy the songs are. I love sharing her music because people are shocked they havent heard her. I just happened upon her last year!

I would say, that the style that this music is. Is bluegrass, California country, rock. Has a strong Memphis bluegrass root sound. The exception being the singing style. Which is very signature, but probably would be classified as contemporary.

I LOVE watching the adoration for her singing on these reaction videos. You can tell he is soooo into this song 🎵 and her pure talent down to the incredible way she whistles and does the oh wap oh wap. LP is in her own category and one of the best singers ever to grace us.

Laura Pergolizzi, known professionally as LP. They have the most amazing voice, and I wish i could hear them live (yes I know LP is one person but Lp identifies as gender neutral), I love their somg Muddy Waters as well, but this is by far my gav song, can listen to this over and over
