This property is relatively close to shops and restaurants. It's about a 5 minute drive to the Town of Malacatos. There is a shop and restaurants down the road about half a mile away from the house.

Salut Rock. Je pense que tu l'as déjà vu, mais cette maison est listée à 275 000 dollars. Elle est relativement proche de chez nous. Nous habitons à Vilcabamba, à environ 10 km de l'endroit où se trouve cette maison.

Looks like maybe it was previously used as a mini hotel / Airbnb? With the 2 beds per room and bathroom for each room, it's definitely set up like a hotel.

Actually it's cooler in the mountains, living on the beach most of my life this is a very good option and investment. I'm sure envious of whomever gets this beautiful home. Can't buy a trailer in the FL Keys for the price of this place.

You can get one!!!!!!!!! And no it doesn't need landscaping at all, let alone "desperately!" Why, do you want to add bunch of useless grass, that wastes precious water? Or adds pullutin to the air by mowing it?

@@nightskylights4501 Gosh, I don't recall saying I would sew useless grass... Also, have you ever heard of greywater systems? They are mostly used to beneficially water gardens. Landscaping can be fruits, veggies, or other plants that help feed the hungry wildlife or people, and clean the air... Your points are well taken, but please don't judge without more information.
