I missed this type of house on the tours. It's not too pretentious, I like the warm tones/details, makes it look cozy. The views are really nice an I like how from the lower level the views are basically framed. My favorite part was that Atrium, simply gorgeous. The listing agent is actually nice and I liked the way she talked about the house. Bring more tours like this one, specially the "cheaper" houses, I really miss those good old days!
Hahaha yeah I like seeing everything but my personal favs are the homes that range from like $8m - $30m. So when I saw $17m I knew this was gonna be a banger lol
The warmth of this home, inside and outside, is amazing. I loved the extensive use of wood, stone and marble as they make the space seem very homey and livable. I’ve noticed lately, Enes, that you’ve mentioned the names of some of the furniture and cabinet makers and I wish you’d do more of that as it’s nice to know when you see designs that really appeal to you. Keep up the good work, guys!
Incredible house. A lot of these big homes in the Greater LA area seem to be lifeless and boring. This one is not, and I love it. The warmth of the sunlight, as well as the natural finishes such as the woodwork, make this house cozy. The master bath is huge! The only thing that surprised me about this house was that they did not install the elevator. For $17.5 Million, I would expect that to have been done in the initial build. Enes and Mikey, you both did an outstanding job on this one! The builder/realtor must be elated with the excellent video you two have created 👍
The master bedroom is a masterpiece in my opinion. It has everything I would love to have in my bedroom. Bed positioned in the center of the wall with great wall designs behind, a well placed and spaced balcony that allows sunlight in and TWO beautifully made walk-in closet. My God, this is pure satisfaction to watch.
Wow, finally a house that actually can be a home. Simple clean design, modern yet cozy. You can feel it’s warmth, not pretentious and doesn’t feel like a party house or hotel. The atrium is similar to traditional Japanese gardens on it’s center featured as the main focal point. Truly relaxing. If it was a bit wider, it would have been perfect.
I’m not usually the biggest fan of modern homes. But this one feels warm and cozy. The stacked stone is incredible. The views are amazing. The atrium is the selling feature for me. It brings the outdoors in. 💕
This mansion is top in classic modern design it's crisp, fresh and delicious in style. Favorite features, the entry landscaping and the pool with its calm pleasant ambience. Favorite areas the office with atrium is cozy, peaceful and the perfect place to escape from working (LOL) it is EVERYTHING the ideal niche for days.....the primary bedroom/bathroom is a site for unwinding with soothing views that go to infinity and beyond..Thanks Enes and Mikey and your team for touring this portrait of artistry!!!
I do love the "cheaper" mansions. They usually just feel more welcoming and home like. This is a gorgeous house and property. You can imagine a family actually living in this place. The more expensive, huge homes usually just miss the mark for some reason. I think, for me, it's because they are to cold and warehouse like. After something gets to big it's just to much of a hotel or shopping center feel.
I love this channel, i started watching in may with a friend of mine its an obsession now. There are almost NO viedos i heavent seen. Great work, its been lovely watching!

Enes can remember so many details, it is really amazing, this should be the reason for his success! I love that this mansion has wood grain everywhere, it makes the whole mansion feel warm and close to nature! I also love the design of the atrium to keep the basement bright and alive! I really love the materials in this house. That stacked stone is beautiful alongside the wood and everything else. I’d like that fireplace with the offset marble in the formal living room (sorry brother, I think you have the two mixed up because that one looks like a formal living room and the other one with the TV and built in shelving looks like a family room. I also like the master bedroom and bath with the pebble finish in front of the tub. A really cool detail! Nice office, too. You guys keep topping each video as far as production value. The best out there nowadays. Thank you Enes and Mikey.
Considering this is a Southern Cali box house, the interior designer has done an amazing job. The wood floors are beautiful and give this home a warm feel. The black, white and wood go together perfectly. The atrium is a clever design idea that's stunning if you need any Zen time. Lovely architectural design as well. Bravo to all involved.
Absolutely love this house, I genuinely prefer it to the ones 2/3/4x more expensive. It's super classy but without that cold, clinical feel that often comes with modern mansions. It actually feels like a home. Shame it wasn't on the main channel!

Beautiful home - modern, and yet cozy and warm-feeling. I remember, several years ago, before finding Enes' channel, I DIDN'T know that these small rooms containing toilets were actually WATER CLOSETS. I've learned so much here!
My favorite part, believe it or not is the tub in the primary bathroom next to the primary suite. It's one of the most epic set ups for a tub space I've ever seen. Like the tub is the center piece of that bathroom. You make amazing videos. They inspire me to redecorate my smallish apartment. Thanks to you for filming this and to Tatiana for allowing you to film this. Top-tier work, guys.
Such a beautiful blend of materials inside and out! It never feels overwhelming and the repeating of them is just enough to thigh everything together. Not 10 types of "in your face" stones that will go out of style or get boring soon. It's as if the architect took details from my favorite Enes tours. Like that bird street renovation with height restriction and the 2 paved stone/olive trees atriums and all wood paneling they used for the sub level. Just stunning.
I love this house it's just cozy and inviting. Of course you might want something else here and something else there, but that's enough. Everyone wants to change a little something here and there, but the proportions of the house just fit. Top! And what is nice is that there is hardly any echo as in larger houses.
When a 17.5m home not good enough for the main channel. Thats how good Enes has becomed. I dont mind you to have 5 channels and i will watch all of them.

I like going back to some of the "basics", like what made you and the team popular - Don't get me wrong I truly enjoy the yachts, Dubai and Europe tours aswell, but Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Calabasas is just so got damn gorgeous.

Hello again, Enes. You've shown another home I am moved to comment on. The first and only home I've commented on previously was the $95 million French home I described as "modern traditional"(a term you did not challenge so I assume it's an appropriate description). Modern style luxury homes, while interesting to look at, often seem cold and too much like a hotel. I found this one to be warm, inviting, and charming. I thought it was a great idea to bring in organic earthtone colors and materials to add a homey feel and look, while maintaining luxury hotel features. Thanks for your knowledgeable and enthusiastic descriptions and presentation which are expanding my knowledge of home styles and features.
I love houses that has its own driveway and privacy. And to top this beautiful house, the master bedroom has a beautiful view of the city. Really beautiful house. And another amazing tour brought by Enes. Missed this channel's update last week though.
While personal taste is just that, personal. The concept designer for this one just hit it spot on. Size wise, being in my 50's, shrink it to 50%. How everything flows?!?! Mr Yilmazer IT JUST FLOWS! From the staged furniture, it was picked and placed perfectly. The glass half wall in the office just outside the sliding doors (do these half walls slide?) The master bath being open for the tub & shower stops the mustiness that would linger with doors and walls.
Beautiful view from the main floor bedroom - and i love the strip lighting effect in the downstairs nook, love the bar there - but that office is perfect !
