Some of these larger houses seem difficult to imagine living in as there dimension are more like office buildings in look and feel. This one was a very well planned home 👍🏻
I think allot of people imagine having a home like they grew up in. Then when he tours luxury homes you guys get resentful and make offensive comments like “some of these larger homes are like office buildings.” He’s addressed those derogatory comments multiple times. Please have some decorum.
This doesn't resemble an office building one bit. The rooms were intimately sized and well proportioned. No huge empty spaces either compared to some mega mansions shown on this channel. Dream bigger! I could easily see myself living in this home (not in BH though) but in Texas forsure
.....the last couple modern mansions on this and your main channel have been designed well: good use of the style matched with good use of the land and views. Finally a few modern homes worth Enes' team's talent........................
This is elegant and lovely, Enes. It's move-in ready. A family member just spent about this much on a house that needed a lot of work. I wish they had seen this first! 💖💖
I love watching those "lower" priced homes :D they actually look like a livable places not just boasting empty spaces. Also this house seems really well designed, equipped and located considering the money. After watching your videos I would expect this house to be at least double the money. I wonder what is the catch :D
@@Celisar1 Given your synopsis, I can only truly imagine that no one in your life has managed to acknowledge the phrase, "It's all about location... Location, location, location!" Pretty sure if you were to maybe catch on to the correlation of it's "city" placement of choice and the neighborhood it resides in... Maaaaaybe, just maybe that is where the premium might be coming from in order to justify that kind of selling price. Although, I have been wrong in the past and it's very possible that this house is located in very close proximity to hordes of roaming drug induced street wandering maniacs that inherited a bunch of money and also live around this house...
@@Lucky14970 Working in psychiatry I know that condescending people need to feel superior to mask their insecurities and shortcomings. So please feel free to tell me more about all the things you understand so much better than I do. Always glad to help
@@Celisar1 That seems like it might take an awfully long, long, lonnnnnnnnnnnnggggg, llllllllooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg ass time; To help you better understand some of the simple things in life. Sorry, maybe your parents should have done a better job raising you or whatever it is that has you in the current state of. "Heeeyyyy!!! Look at me guys, I'm so smart, I'm like the equivalent to a Dungeon Master(for D&D) when it comes to my DSM - 5 skills!!!"
The price actually isn't that crazy when you consider the location and the size of the house. In my area in southern Germany, standard houses for the average family in small villages can cost up to a million euros nowadays, and the exchange rate is practically 1:1. Absolutely insane.
What an amazing property. It really looks a home that you can imagine living in, if you had a boat load of money to spend, that is. I prefer watching tours of homes like this to the mega mansion tours which seem more like hotels or convention centers than actual homes. This home is just beautiful.
Not to promote Enes but.. I've seen this home before and just like a lot of homes tours before only when Enes show them the right way.. this is hilarious because i've seen this one before and it "not as good as now" I see in this video!! Thank you Miky and Enes for this ridiculous amount of effort !!
I like the room with red wine, it turns every bottle of wine into a work of art, I should be reluctant to drink those wines! I also love that their garden look like an outdoor cafe, and the pool there makes it feel like a 5 star hotel instead of a home! 👍😃👏
@@EnesPlus Yes, I like that detail so much! BTW, you haven't answered the question of the last video on this channel! I don't know if it's too difficult to answer, I'm sorry I asked a question that is too difficult to answer! But if you're the real Enes, you should at least answer me privately on IG, right?
I usually prefer classic style to modern. But this house - even though modern - is very well designed. Lots of warmth with the partial stone slabs on the outside and lots of wood, lots of light. Loved it :)
I've seen what.. hundreds of houses on this channel.. and way way more expensive.. but this is honestly the most perfect house in my mind.. this is just incredible how they put it together and made it all work!! If I had to change anything it would be those ugly ass projectors in the rooms.. what the hell where they thinking designing everything so perfect and then having that crap sticking out of the ceiling?! Get some good big TVs instead.. OLED!det Make them pop up instead or something else. Those projectors are horrible to look at! This house and the Florida "Italian" house is my two favorites upon til now!
Great video as always, guys! I love this house. Luxurious but not extravagant, warm and cozy finishes, and great floorplan and outdoor spaces. It almost seems like a "deal" at this price, especially with the location, views, and privacy.
I believe I have watched most of your videos. however being an introvert who has never ever has parties or wishes to This is probably the first house that I would reasonably ever buy it as absolutely beautiful and I actually love the use of the formal living room right off the pool I normally hate the wasted formal living room.
Hello Tatiana!!! Long time no see , I see that you’re doing well! Last time I seen you were showcasing that listing on Mulholland drive ! Keep up the great work! 👍🏾
This mansion is modern construction excellence. It is pristine in how the floor plan is laid out. Favorites are the living, family rooms w/fireplaces add that romantic vibe, the office is perfect for thinking about work, will work get done?? LOL...the atrium is EVERYTHING for tranquil rejuvenation so many amenities this house offers as must haves...Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for a tour of creme de la creme....
I always love the dark tones in the kitchen, it makes it so modern looking.. its a very spacious home without being too big. This is a definitely a amazing home
Loved this house, very ‘live’able’, some houses seem to be designed for everyone but the owners, this is the other way, you could live very well in it from day one.
Great house, love it. Spaceous kitchen, you do not have the feeling to be in a hotel with too many seating areas. All looks reasonable planned and staged. Congrats to that video....
Is it just me or did this tour feel a bit rushed? I mean he wasn’t as detailed as he used to be with other tours, skimming through some of the rooms. Just an observation still love the house.
What was the build cost for this house only? Saving this beauty for our home plans example. add an elevator, sauna downstairs, and a few real walls so the snow doesn’t come in 😆 ❄️❄️❄️❄️⛄️⛄️⛄️+ a dance studio area + a study with a secret passage to parents actual study 🤭 , add chandeliers galore and rip out that moss 🙈 paint some walls Behr Hematite and Charcoal, swap the concrete for Lava Basalt, swap lime stone for Amethyst and Malachite, rounding it up to 8500 square feet and I have my dream palace Thank You! Love the zen garden Center. in the winter there could be a nice fireplace protecting from winds above, for kids to make their s’mores, clearly inspiring design 💯 % Edit; watching the second time I see there is an elevator 🛗 of course!! Awesome home!
Nice house, good location, great view, shame they couldn't activate the views for the lower floor, I feel that should be possible with a deal with the neighbor below and would be quite a difference. As well as an obvious infinity pool opportunity, even if you had to do some foundation work to hang it on the edge. Those 2 aspects I think would make an instant selling difference. They got the lot for 2.8 in 2017 which for a lot with a view in Belair seems like a crazy good price today. Or 6 months ago at least :)
I really think you can get a more or less perfect home in the $10-$15m range, everything north of that almost always seems gratuitous, redundancies, and so on. This house is amazing, if I had a spare $12m I'd put in an offer tomorrow. Really well thought out home that I could see myself living in.
Enes, another great video on a beautiful house. Three issues with this home 1. It is on the wrong side of the street on Stradella. The beautiful reservoir view is on the other side of the street. Also there is no view at ground level. You need to go up to upstairs. 2. The living walls of plants are a nightmare. They will cause mold, bring in bugs and will eventually die. Terrible idea. 3. These modern houses lack privacy to begin with, so why would do you want a glass front door? There was also a glass door looking into the bathroom. However this builder timed the market perfectly by selling this house at the peak of the market. Right now this house would not sell for above $10 million. Also at this price level, why don't they finish the garage with nice flooring and cabinets? It would cost about $25K at the very highest.
A lot of these homes are just commodities to be bought and sold. It's like a place to park your money. The owners rarely live in them. Sometimes the even have multiple owners under a shell company.
The quality of these home tours is amazing. Love the content! Also, maybe a strange question, but I really love your sunglasses Enes. What brand/model are they from? =)
This home is 10000% up my street. Beautifully elegant but still homey and liveable. So light and fresh while still having a cosy feel. I love the modern decor!
A real gem Enes. I wonder if buyers ever try to negotiate with staging companies? House looks perfect. If I had the money, I'd make them an offer they can't refuse!
The best rooftop deck you’ve toured, so far, Enes. Very special Blue Heron touch. Real “habitat for humanity”. Thank you, Blue Heron for leaving no stone unturned.
That living wall in the basement looks incredible. I like these size houses as I can actually imagine living in it. Not crazy huge but spacious enough.
WHY do designers think a bucket or vessel of grass is decorative. REALLYa bucket of grass is luxury decor??!!??? Why not small succulent plants or a bonsai mini tree? Crazy cheap shot to the house showing a container of grass ASS
oh man, im in awe of the design of this house, realistically this is livable compare to other "huge/big" mansions featured here. thanks for featuring this. great job team 👍
They would be silly not to let such a skilled team of videographers go through and show off this home, every great home should have this kind of expose for people to experience for selling and celebrating these beautiful pieces of art, in my opinion they should be paying you to do this and sending every potential buyer here.
it is a lot of fun to watch you when you visit such beautiful houses. maybe someday you'll look at houses in Germany. Keep it up and I'm looking forward to more beautiful houses.
