Secondly, the ones that have pools are not under 500 thousand and they’re not smart homes. Security is okay in any where in southern Nigeria and some part of North Central like Kogi, Benue and Abuja but Don't buy North East and North West is not safe

Security is good. Don't let Ghanaians make you think security in Lagos is bad. I walk around the whole of Lagos everyday till the night and some times past midnight and nothing has ever happened to me. In Nigeria guns aren't legal so they are a rare commodity contrary to the USA. Unless you're living in the ghetto security is good. You wouldn’t be able to cook when the power cuts out. Electric stoves require a shit ton of electricity so it’s a crazy, even generators can’t carry it.
