I came back from USA and stayed in the best hotel in Ikoyi Lagos. I drove round Ikoyi, VI, and Atlantic city in Lagos. There are a lot of economic indices in Lagos, but the Ikoyi is dirty with houses that are not maintained. I came down to the East through the Anambra airport and was amazed that it is better than the local airport in Lagos. I wonder why the Igbo youths were criticizing Igbo governors, especially God Obiano. The villages in Igboland look like some parts of Lagos. Awka has transformed into a beautiful city
Governor obiano built Anambra airport and Anambra convention center without doing the landscaping which is not good at all. There are too many substandard projects in Igboland.

Igbos should stop talking about development whenever somebody start showing mansions. Building mansions is not the same as development. Development is infrastructure.
This is not going to create jobs that will boost the igbos economy. Manufacturing and agriculture, create a working sea ports by all means no matter who opposes it.

The Igbos from all parts of Nigeria MUST understand that they are one people with one single language. All Igbos from the South-South, South East, and Middle belt(Kogi and Benue) must understand that they will be a stronger force when they are united and love each other.
Our people should not be discouraged from investing in Lagos and other parts of Nigeria but 99% of their wealth should be invested in infrastructural development in the East.
I want to correct an impression, we have Enugu airport is an international airport. Lastly I want to implore our Igbo people to stop building mansions in other places in Nigeria because you can't travel with your mansion.
I'm from Enugu and that international Airport you called it is not yet completed forget what Nigeria government are telling you. That airport are still not giving the licence to go beyond African continent...
@@uche-nx4tk What do you mean? You can currently travel anywhere in the world from Enugu international airport - China, Japan, USA, Europe etc. with changeover at Addis Ababa. More airlines will fly the route when the international terminal is completed. But as part of invest home philosophy, Ndigbo should use the airport more.
