Hey Kaleb, House #1, Its nice and roomy, And love the open concept, But living behind a lake, Is not for me at all. A little to Pricey, But added the Washer and Dryer is a pretty good deal. House #2, Beautiful, Loved the fact of the 3rd Bedroom, There is a half Bathroom. Great Kitchen, with that Gorgeous Island. The Primary Bedroom is Awesome. Hello Kaleb, blessings! ❤. Home #1 is nice but don't like the carpets and master bathroom with that tub. The master bathroom should be bigger. Why are they using that plastic plasters in bathroom instead of tiles?🤔! Home # 2, nice but carpets again. Carpets should be done away with, especially in Florida. Enjoy the views❤

I was happy to see the extra storage closets. Houses in Florida don’t have good storage for Christmas decorations and other stuff we need to hide away. I liked both houses , I would have liked to see a covered lanai on the first house.

Please only buy a DR Horton home after getting it inspected from top to bottom; he has many complaints from various states. He built over a running stream here in Deltona, and the sidewalks are all rusted coated, and the homeowner's lawn is always soaked with water. The city of Deltona needs to fix the problem.

Ok size guest bedrooms. Good size primary. 2 linen closets? That’s different. W/D. 3 bedrooms to 1 bathroom 🤔. 2nd home love the front elevation. How come a 1-story more than a 2-story? You just explained why. Like this view on entry. Like that the wall is extended and you cannot see directly into bedroom 2 on entry. Laundry. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Nice open concept. Pantry ok. Good size primary. His:hers closet. Nice en-suite but need a linen closet more than a tub. Don’t care for water re: 🐊. Must be fenced and need my pool. It’s the 1-story for me. Empanadas 😋😋😋.
