HI KALEB, I DID LIKE THIS HOME, BUT 2 THINGS THAT I DESPISE, THE SWIMMING POOL, AND THE DOOR TO THÈ BATHROOM, LEADING OUT TO THE PATIO IS A NO, NO FOR ME, STILL A NICE LOOKING HOME. 2ND HOME IS NICE, BUT TOO BIG, AND THE HOUSES IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD TO CLOSE TOGETHER!

I really like the first property! I still think the price is alittle high considering the driveway needs to be redone but I do like it.

Hey Kaleb. Hope all is well. 1st home nice spacing between homes. Elevation is basic but let’s see inside. You know I don’t like seeing kitchens on entry however it looks lovely. Layout a little odd. Ok size primary. En-suite small but nice. Closet small. Bedrooms and bath nice. Pool access. Covered lanai. The pool high with water re:rain looks odd like you can walk across. 2nd home basic elevation for a 2023 build. Wide foyer. Front room is big enough to be a bedroom. Perhaps an office with a Murphy bed. Good size laundry 🧺. Good size bedrooms & bath. Big kitchen. Open concept. Big primary. Great closet. En-suite smaller in comparison but enough and very nice. Notice tile open concept and carpeted bedrooms. Covered enclosed lanai. Enough room to add a pool. Great potential. 3rd home nicely spaced out. Old elevation. Will be 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Huge living/dining. Fireplace dated. Beautiful large primary with pool access. En-suite small but enough. Laundry. Good size kitchen. Bathroom with pool access. Agreed. Good size bedrooms. Covered lanai. Outdoor shower different. Lovely pool. Not bad Kaleb. Hey Mabel. The flatbread and cake looks 🔥🔥🔥😋😋😋. Thanks for the video, Kaleb! Enjoyable. All 3 houses are good buys; like the kitchen in house 1, but house 2, seems a cut above. Wish builders would put solid wood doors in these homes; not that much more $! Regarding house 1, you have a client who has told you he will buy house 1, as soon as he sells his, but here you are, trying to sell house 1, out from under him? If I were him, I would be pissed! Where’s the loyalty to your client? Why isn’ he under contract to buy, contingent on the sale of his house? 😒

My favorite was the last one. My only criticism is that the yard is a little small and it doesn't have water (a lake or a canal).

OK Kaleb the homes were nice. However, I'm more interested in where Mirabel got her hair done and all the good food you guys eat. Lol!!! Omg looks so good.

I can never understand why flippers skimp corners in the closets by not providing shelving. I'm sure the shelves were there when they bought the house. Not a fan of the counters with the black accents in the first house. Thanks for adding places to eat it gives you a feel for the area.

House number 3 is to much money. The beams need to be painted lighter and the fire place definitely needs to be redone. I would combine to bedrooms and have huge doors to be and redo that odd bathroom that has two sinks as that’s horrible next I’d move the ac,and water heater to garage if possible to make the laundry room nicer.

Builders please stop with the wire racks, cheap mirrors, and bifold doors. I love home #2 can you put in a pool and how much again?
