Hey Kaleb, House #1 Its pretty nice, But way over my head, The kitchen and the Bathrooms , I do like. House #2, SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. Its too many Issues with this property. Water Issue, Whoever moved into this One, Good luck, Because they are really going to need it, $409,000 I wouldn't give it $100,000! House #3, Is really cute. But for it be 960 square feet, Not bad at. Although I would preferred a Closed in Shower. And would like to have a Microwave over the stove. The Screen in porch, Is extraordinary. Good startet Home. Awesome vid Kaleb. My brother lives in Davenport off Champions Gate. It's the Ashton Woods community after you cross Ronald Regan. That area is growing! Also when you come back to Miami. You guys should visit Wynwood and Little Haiti. Tons of great foodie places to eat in those areas.

Hey Kaleb. Happy Memorial Day. 1st home Nice neighborhood and elevation. Good size home. A wall on entry 🤔. Laundry off the dining/formal living 🤔. Open kitchen and family room. Coveted lanai. Needs a pool. Like the mid home hidden stairs. 2 bedrooms and bathroom and the primary/ensuite and a central sitting area. Upstairs interesting. Could a kitchenette be added ? Otherwise that’s like another bedroom/bath hangout. Couldn’t really rent it out cuz no private entrance. That’s like the college graduate waiting til they get their dream job. Interesting layout indeed. 2nd home corner lot. Driveway needs paving. Actually like the flooring 😂 and popcorn ceilings. I’ll just say put at least $150k into it to start. Too much to be done. And I see mold in the bathroom and laundry room. Bathrooms dated. Kitchen not too bad once get appliances in there. 3rd home in an established community. Big side and backyard.
