I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

@@ChristopherAnthony-9 The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

Hey Kaleb and Mabel. 1st home lovely elevation. 2 closets. Oh the garage entry in the front. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Like the stairs placement. Good size kitchen. Pantry and ok size. Big dining/nook area. Covered lanai. Need my pool. Good living room and loft space. Laundry a little small. Good size private primary. En-suite on the small side but enough. Good size hall bathroom. 2 sinks could fit. Good size bedrooms. Nice home for those who don’t mind 2-stories. 2nd home looks small. Open concept. A side lanai. Ok size primary. Small en-suite but doable. Long closet. Laundry 🧺 room ok. Oh 3 bedrooms to 1 bathroom 🫤. Garage entry different having to walk past 3 bedrooms, laundry & bathroom. 3rd home like the elevation. HOA reasonable. Stairs immediate on entry but not a dealbreaker. Garage entry in front. Big open concept. Huge dining room. Bed & bath off the kitchen. Covered lanai. Loft. Big primary. En-suite ok. Oh big closet. 3 bedrooms to one bath. Don’t like the 3rd bedroom right next to the primary. Like the good size laundry near the primary. 3 lovely homes Kaleb. No lunch or dinner 😂? kaleb great work but I agree with few of your subscribers they still to expensive , maybe another 10 to 15 % discount , all developers across the state are slashing prices or giving $20 to $30 thousand dollars for the buyer to use as they please , the future dont look good , there will be more rebates , and discounts coming soon

I really enjoy watching your channel You do a great job❤...and I am glad you include your girlfriend too.👍🏻👍🏻 but... I have to say the prices are still outrageous for many houses in the area.. the first house the second house entry is horrible 🤢 and third one not impressive either... and for nearly half a million dollars it is way over priced!! You could get so much more for your money living in a different area of Florida maybe it's just the houses in your area that are sky high? but I've looked at others in different areas and they're much more reasonable. I've seen some just as nice in Pensacola for a $100,000 less. But just keep up the good work because I still enjoy watching ❤
