Houses were nice. Same O same O open design as most others. I like the triple sliding glass door. I liked #3's pool the best but its a little close to the lake/pond. The other 2 homes with dirty pools in such a gated community were the least desirable. #3, builder could've put shelves in the walk ins and not those cheap wire racks. All 3 worth about 500K. Downside is HOA.

I hated all the houses. Tiny 1 car garages mislabeled as 2 car garages. I also hate sliding glass doors, tray ceilings, and wire shelves. At least one of the houses had what should have been a room (even you said it could be walled off).
