The extrerior is well finished. Did not like the finishings on the wardrobes and kitchen areas and the bathrooms seemed too tight. Overall you pay for what you get Still watching your videos which are very enticing. Keep them coming... PS. Yap, bathrooms are squeezed until you got to enter by reversal mode...next time make 'em bigger for sink, bathtub and WC...feels good to have space in that ka'room for your private business.

Good stuff Marto, your simplicity enriches your content. Something i've noted with most upcoming budget and mid-size homes is the combi in the main washroom, why can't they separate the loo and bathroom? I don't like the smell nor the sight of the toilet seat when i'm having a bath. Let's say you have a stressful day and want to sit or lay down flat in the washroom with water raining down on you from the shower; would you be comfortable with the toilet seat staring at you? There needs to be some separation, be it glass or light rock. R.E developers should really look into that and bring back the old school sytem of a separate toilet and bathroom. I think the toilet should be as clean as much as the bathroom. Clean toilets in the house shouldn't stink. Maybe you could have thought about the space between the toilet and the bathroom because of the water running down to the tissues. Otherwise there should be a toilet in the bathroom. And another one for guests.
I like your living room and for bedrooms I'd go for the previous furnished 3 bed bunga....they are spacious and widely lit....otherwise you are doing a good job...remember we in diaspora are trying to compare what we see and transfer beck home🌹
Mungai, si you stretch your arms out - side to side when standing in the bedrooms or bathrooms ndiyo tujue namna tumefinywa. You're a tall guy so you can make it easy for us to gauge what a tight squeeze some of those rooms are.😁
