Vipi bro I like it content the,one more thing u should add esp for us diasporians is how much are the properties expected rental income,most of us if not all might want to invest in this properties thou not for living in but investments,if u can add that then it will give some of us an idea of the return to investments.
The house is done well but why have pegler faucets in the bathrooms. For such a beautiful house use the more fancy looking ones or do away with the taps all together.
