Realistically, worth about half of that if it wasn't for Canada's insane housing bubble. It's a value compared to Toronto or Vancouver, but you can get better for less in the US with lower taxes and better weather.

Yeah, but the US is also Mordor with better weather. I'd rather pay more in taxes and heating bills than live among the Uruk-hai. There's more to life than having more disposable income, eh?
