You Canadians do not value and appreciate the land that is required for such a large construction! You need at least 2-3 acres for this one. Here you have NOTHING. Privacy is zero! For such a house, even in a community...you need much more land! The back fence is 10 Ft from the building! Very Sad...!
Agreed. Especially in Toronto, they tear down old homes that fit well with the neighbourhood & build these massive houses that barely fit & just make everything look odd. Nobody cares about the culture anymore or community but yeah more on the space. A massive house needs twice the land to look good.
This is inside a subarban community in the city. You can easily find acreages outside the city with bigger homes that cost even less. They're obviously not going to sell acreages inside of a city.
