Amazing home, Call me crazy but I would rip out the tennis court and make a huge garden there! My parents used to have a tennis court in the home I grew up in and we only used it a couple of times so they decided to take it out and build a garden and now we use it all the time for parties,get together and pretty much any occasion if we want to be outside! Just keep the tennis court lights and it will be an amazing area for family and friends
All the bathrooms and their mirrors are top tier. I love watching house tours and most of them don't have much work and attention when it comes to the bathrooms so this one is exclusive 🤞😭💓
An absolutely magnificent home! And I agree about removing the tennis court-it’s used by so few-and replace it with flower and hedge gardens ala British style, play area for kids, grassy areas for volleyball/badminton, a gazebo, and/or other family and beautiful places. But there’s nothing I would change in the home❤❤❤I just love it❣️
It's indeed a palace with its spectacular space n beauty n with this price tag is also value for money, whereas in our country with d same amount, we can only able to hv a med. detached bungalow around 7k-8k sq ft.

Hello Jacob 😊 Wow that entry is something else!! The light fixtures are stunning and so are the sconces!! I love all of the marble in the kitchen and primary bathroom!! This mansion has it all, movie 🎬 room, pool 🎱 table, tennis 🎾 court, pool, hot tub, sauna and more!! I'd never leave it I lived there!! Omg. I usually watch and comment at the same time. But the front elevation and the entry and double staircase was so amazing along with the music that I stopped and watched. This home is amazing. The first floor fantastic. The kitchen awesome. The staging awesome. The choice of floors, tiles etc in the bathrooms amazing. Outdoor space amazing. The primary suite is enormous. En suite and closet amazing. The only critique, this home is missing an actual bar. A wet bar nice but not the same. And in a 11,000 sq ft home, there should not be a Jack n Jill. The home is large enough for every bedroom to have its own en suite. Hands down one of the best if not the best home you’ve shown.
"And if you don't want to walk all the way to your kitchen..." he says as the kitchen is within view of the informal living room area he's standing in. Can you imagine living in such luxury that you have the decision to access the sink or a snack from your wet bar three feet from you or a sink or snack from one of your TWO kitchens right behind you? I mean, dang.

I prefer very old Victorian style mansions, and Colonial style homes. Very well built, with history, ambience, romance. Beautiful carvings, and built with great pride, and workmanship, that is pretty much a lost art, today.
Palace like home sweet home. So Warm and cool. Sangat bagus penataan ruangannya. Kadang2 banyak mansion yang keihatan sangat indah tapi kelihatannya dingin. Tapi rumah ini seperti istana tapi bagaikan rumah yang sangat nyaman untuk keluarga.
The reason this house has yet to sell is because it's directly off Route 66. There is absolutely no privacy here. I don't know what the city limits are but if you can build a high fence surrounding the property there may be hope. Also, this absolutely glorious design is sitting on a lot way too small for its purposes. You'd need at least 2 acres to maximize everything here.

Is something like this similarly remotely possible in a 5K Sq. Ft. home? 11Sq ft. seems a bit TOO large but darn is this house In Cre-di-ble! Having your own sauna is next level awesome.
