Out of all the homes I've seen on here, this one has to be the one where you ACTUALLY get your money's worth. $17mil really seems like a massive bargain for this property.
Yes and no. Good value, but it's got a Liberace-vibe, so it needs some cosmetic renovations. Still put in about $3-5 million into renovations and it's perfect! Make sure you have a round the clock cleaning/maintaining staff too!

I actually work at a bowling alley lol, I’m going to college for architecture and real estate development though, but I will say, knowing how to perform maintenance on a bowling lane and the machinery behind it would be very helpful, cause it’s relatively simple, so whatever home a design for myself will have a bowling alley in it
Simply BEAUTIFUL, what a legacy estate and family property, to carry your name through posterity. Sadly I did not get to see the running trail and race track. Also, where is the tennis court? 😂
A chilled pool is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I live in Australia where it gets insanely hot. But my pool is always chilled anyway because it’s not heated. How powerful do they thing the sun is?!
@@TheMarslMcFly for people like us who enjoy having fun it is, but some think it’s immature I guess. That house isn’t worth more than $9M, & I’m being generous. For example, I’m not buying it for who made the granite, or every size of bowling shoes. Amazing house though. Do the cars come w/ the house?

i wonder how much the taxes and upkeep are. If they are not a hectomillionaire or a billionaire maybe their financial situation changed. Or they want to downsize. get a smaller house.
@@phuckhugh2698 even if I win this house in a lottery, and although I love it, I dont think we’d ever keep it. Too much annual cost and maintenance, too much space is a deterrent.
@@robertpomfret561 Nope. The most valuable are the GT and GT40, which cost in total 800k. Plus the other cars the whole amount will be far less than 1,5M.
@@NotKimiRaikkonen well I guess that's the best you can do when you're $45,000 in student debt fresh outta college and had to settle for a terrible job 🤷
17mil for the house and 6.7 mil for top of the line up keep 3 to 6 months. Not for everyone! if you can rake in about 2.7 bil a year salary you will be just fine! #eliteslifestyle
actually it seems very underpriced. in california it would be over 100 million. I think maybe they have some massacre in it so since is haunted, the price goes low. haha!
It´s quite cool and it does look comfy. But it is just too big for one family, even the bowling & karaoke room makes no sense in my eyes. You have to keep in mind, that everything has to be maintained and cleaned regularly.
@Mary Ray yeah, I guess less is sometimes more. Most of the stuff is probably never in use and is just there to have it. For example if I want to do karaoke - the point is to socialize and not to hide in my basement
Being an employee can only earn you so much, unless you are a top surgeon or a CEO or CFO. The best way to become wealthy is to own your own business. The former owner of the house is founder of "LazyDays RV" They started with 2 travel trailers worth $500.
@Mary Ray I don't like this house either. I have found that 1600-2400 sq ft is the best size of home. Any bigger than that, your family have rooms that rarely get used. I just want a nice view of the mountains, the ocean or a lake. I don't need a two story closet or bowling alley or a house that needs a map to figure out where a room is.
@@stijnvandamme76 Thank god, I've found someone who agrees with me. Everyone's out here calling it their dream home, yet here I am with my eyes bleeding from that interior design
Why do americans have guests rooms, AND GUEST HOUSES inside their property? (I understand this is next level, but i've seen it in a lot of middle class homes) Do you really have that many guests all year round, what's the deal
The guest house can be for 18-24 year old children, the adult child with a grandchild or two that comes back after divorce, in-laws or even a maid/caretaker couple. Bedrooms in the house are for the under-18s.
