Awe man just as I expected you completely knocked it out of the park as always!! The pint house is amazing I didn’t fuss or complain about one th my pressures hood and my swear jar is empty. 😆😆🙄 I listen when you share where you’d hang or put things you are a master decorator, we have the same exact taste I could buy an empty place and ask you to decor it and I know you’d ace it!! I would definitely buy this place even the price matched what was shown. Please excuse my long message but I can see you owning a huge industrial building as a top tier real estate company, you have everything it takes to draw the wealth you desire it’s already yours because it’s your birthright ok I’ll stop thanks!!😆😆

Wish I was still young but while young rich... I was in shape and not damaged to go up those stairs... Also, would have been all over getting a penthouse... NICE Now older I want lots of land and a huge modern one story with possibly a basement and elevator wouldn't hurt or at least a place to put one... LOL
All of the furniture is waterproof. You can always bring cushion inside when a storm is coming and during the winter months. Thank you so much for watching.
Some of the finishes look dated and on the lower end. That exposed brick wall is an eye sore. They should've painted the brick an elegant neutral color. The staging looks very dated and on the cheap end. Coming from New York and having lived in Miami, this penthouse isn't worth anywhere near 2 mil. Just my opinion.

Too brutal. I don't like the concrete ceiling. Second bedroom without window. The kitchen is great, but the pipes overhead ruin everything. Not for everybody. In addition, it is very noisy.
