@@BradMcCallum i hope so, Edmonton is hurting pretty bad. I'm in construction (commercial/ industrial) its slow and the rates are low. Luckily I have income with my RU-vid channel to supplement and my wife is the social media coordinator for the AGLC so we are good. Our house is in Terwilliger just south off 23rd Ave and many of our neabors are selling. We are actually considering buying a second income property here in the same area but are wondering if the prices will drop. I've known Kristina for a few years now and she gave us incredible advice when we bought this (our first) house. The new president worries me, we need the keystone xl pipeline. I've heard that construction will go forward no matter what so this will be interesting.

I think it's over priced, because Calgary is not expensive as Toronto or Vancouver. Hence this house worth max 1.67 million not 2. 5 million. If it's in Toronto or Vancouver yeah it's worth 2. 5 million.
