$40m is a heck of alot of money 💰 to take and buy a house 🏡!!!! Do you know what you can do with $40m there's a alot more than buying one house with it!!!! But you know what they say "if you have the money then why not!" All I can say is some people have very nice life problems 😂!!! I would take that money and build a building then rent it out!!! After a year built another one and continue like this,I'm pretty d@mn sure I'll have a good return even when the market crash!!!! $40m is a shopping complex, mall, apartment even a racetrack!!!! Seriously I'm sure I wouldn't know what to do with myself with that kind of money 🤣🤣🤣!!!!

Nile Niami is the developer of this property, the same developer who lost "The One", right around the corner from this. huge price reduction, down almost 30 M. i often wonder if properties like this, that sit for 3 years, unsold, have a huge reduction, are they also referred to as a toxic property or is that just for the plebe class under 1M. in seattle, a property is labeled toxic if it's available after 2 weeks, has a price reduction, gets unlisted then relisted within 90 days without significant updates.
