I will have to call for a roundtable and discuss it while sipping some fine bourbon. Good idea, it would be nice. Originally we wanted to acquire a Pacific island and develop a mini resort.
@@slamyourheadin9449really? saying ONE OF the most beautiful countries is a stretch? it’s only the second most visited country in the world with almost 50 UNESCO world heritage sights. i don’t think it’s that much of a stretch 😂😂😂
I went to Ibiza right before the ''party season'' in 2022 and I can personally tell you I can't wait to go back, it's the only vacation location I've been to that I'm just urging to go back to, there is something mystical about that island that I can't place, the energy there is something else.
Even the clubs there, last time I was at a club was 2018 in nyc and the feeling in Ibiza is fun and free whereas NYC it’s seedy and skeez. Definitely returning to explore the history of the island. I’m fascinated by ancient culture. Specifically the Phoenicians.
I live in Spain. Went to Ibiza once to rent a very nice house once… unforgettable. Would definitely return, however I’d rather not sell my last kidney.
I sometimes wonder how successful investors manage to accumulate enormous wealth from their investment endeavours because I am an avid investor. I currently have equity from a recent house sale that exceeds $545K, but I'm not sure what to do with my money next. Is now the right moment to buy stocks, or should I wait for a better opportunity?
Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
Sharon Marissa Wolfe is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I find this informative, curiously explored Sharon on the web, spotted her consulting page, and was able to schedule a call session with her, she shows quite a great deal of expertise from her resume.. very much appreciated
I’ve been working personal security in ibiza for 6 years now, both as bills security at night and as a bodyguard, I’ve seen and worked at a lot of similar houses. The weekly rent on houses like this is from 200k€ to 300k€ but as you said everything is included, chefs, drivers, cleaning and more. I met a lot of fantastic people but now it’s time to move home to Sweden. Thank you ibiza for some fantastic years
Fantastic tour! You clearly got to know the house really well by staying in it, and how it "lives". What really shined, in my opinion, is the view right when you walk in, which was revealed perfectly. The home gym, and seeing it in use, was great. As nice as the main house was, I think I'd prefer staying in the guest house -- what a nice little hideaway. "Minimal, without being cold." Looking forward to the podcast.
One day at a time. For those who know, you know. Getting sober for me was life or death. It might come as a surprise to people who watch these videos. God is good.
That house is cool but the one next to it in Sa Caixota is just simply out of this world... it almost doubles the size and the luxury features it has are exquisite! Erik, try to check it out as well!
One of the few luxurious mansions I really like. The natural materials, the atmosphere, no ostentation. Beautiful. Just a bit too big. The guest house is nearly perfect though
That edge by the pool scares the hell out of me without a safety barrier. And then those balustrades on the balcony are as high as the knees. Frightening.
Awesome, thanks for the inspiration! I've just ordered two of those Carl Hanson Cuba chairs (MG501, soaped oak, webbing sand) 5:40 6:04 right after finishing the video 🙂 Can‘t wait to have them here 😁 Cheers.
One day. Its going to get worse for about a decade before it can be rebuilt. I feel I am in a weird place with this luxury niche I landed in. Been tough to make content like this when I know 97% of the country (myself included) are feeling the squeeze of this BS in America
I'll take the gast house. Making a screen room in the second bedroom. It's small, it's nice, it's good for me. O... and on the top of the house my office/music studio, getting all the inspiration I need from the view.
That gym terrace without any railings it's definitely not up to code and an accident waiting to happen, as well as the raised platform edge for the sunset. With all the balconing deaths in ibiza this house will definitely increase the nnmbers
100,000 seems a very high price for this king of housing even in Ibiza , you could get a similar house 15/20.000/week with direct sea access in Porroig, Prestige properties is well known in the island for managing this king of listings.
Beautiful villa. I’m here now. I’m in a beautiful villa similar to this one but it’s not directly on the ocean. Something this rents at prob around $200,000 EU per month or more.
Very nice place. I particularly liked the interior floors…are they poured and polished concrete, or resin maybe? If I were the owner, I’d live in the guesthouse and rent out the main one.
Hi, absolutely fantastic. I would love to spend my holiday here. Does the house currently have an owner, or is it for sale at the price stated in the title of the video? - I'm asking the question out of pure curiosity. Otherwise, like all your videos, I really enjoyed this one too. Finally, a few questions - how much does the property cost if you want to rent it? - Are there any time limits? - For example, is it possible to rent the whole thing for 2 weeks?
What is the winter weather like? Typical Atlanric storms, or not quite as bad because of the latitude? I never associated the word 'party' with Ibiza, but rather the word 'Brit', being under the impression that many Brits routinely holidayed there.
I have to say one big flaw I see is all the study and office spaces are open to living room/people just randomly walking by etc. Both are just totally exposed to noise and vision from places people hang out. At least as actual work or some kind of study places both get F. I think it's just huge miss that home of this size and expense doesn't have proper office/study. Heck, that second table setup is on indoor balcony totally visible from below living room and second room deck hang out space. It's just not that hard to give both view and privacy.
