I have an idea that I would love to see. Could you spend a full day "living" in a unit like this? You could catch the sunrise and sunset, experience the amenities, and share all the "look at this awesome feature I only found because I spent the night here". They are already staged so how much extra work would it really be?

Not a bad idea but time is money, the man runs a very very successful business and his daily routine simply doesn't allow for such clips. Time is of the absolute essence when you're this successful and busy.

one of my favorite Kitchens. Average day the owner can get breakfast themselves, Watch TV and cook if they enjoy it. For a party, a chef can come in, and the island bar becomes a buffet for guests, or staging food before its taken out. warming drawer great for catering and preping multiple dishes. can have a main course warming if guest are lingering over the appetizers. five bedrooms is also nice. Can use some for an office, extra hangout TV watching space, but convert to sleeping area for family, friends, guests etc. Much more flexible than some units that I've watched.

The best part of this condo is that it sits above the Park Hyatt and you can order room service from the hotel. The decor however, that needs work.

You can absolutely build a tall building in 'soft' soil. In Dubai they built a 2700 foot building anchored in sand.

Ryan, you are a great presenter, but a few issues to improve in your future videos: 1. More technical info about the details of the rooms and features. 2. Total steady-cam views on every frame, people love tranquility and high quality as these apartments are, of high quality. 3. Fewer close-ups of Ryan and more video of the apartment itself. 4. Going through every room, toilet, amenities, etc. will make the tour perfect, even tech rooms and elevators should be presented. No matter if the videos get longer, people can use the speeding-up feature if necessary.

For 1/4 of the price of the 250M and Ryan, your TH a 1/4 of the price of this and I prefer it. I have buyers needing first homes at 10% of that. It's ALL relative.
