The best house that I have seen in the Nashville area. The best primary bedroom with the best closet and bath. Until I saw the high tension power lines. Stray voltage, electro magnetic radiation. That would unfortunately decrease the value by at least one million dollars.
Why have stick figure furniture in that Master. How about a plush sofa in front of that window and an overstuffed chair. Drink your tea or read a book on that!!
Beautiful but the price of a Mansion which this home as nice at it is, is not in that category. That with the Giant power grid basically in your own back yard makes the property somewhat dangerous. Buyers should keep that in mind.
