Visual max, I would agree but not for this house. The breathtaking view is in the front of the house. So for this house, the pool is better in the front.
Visual Max I understand what you mean. Despite the amazing view, privacy for me is everything. If only the pool side had the amazing view enclosed from the street, that would be world class!
So. This house is sensational and Worte the 7 million in my opinion. There are still some things i would Chance if i would live there with my wife, my two children and my parents. First of all I would have to say, that the office would go away and this would be a play room for my first born. The bedroom would then be the forest bedroom on the 2nd floor. The second born child would get the other two bedrooms on the second floor. The formal living room would then Chance into a office / room for shoes coats etc. Then i would get rid of the secondary eating table and i would put a Family table there / i would try to put the pool table there. But i think there wouldnt be enough room, so it would be a table soccer place or a pokertable place. I would also put a dartboard in the area where the camera System is. Another thing I dont like, is that the TV's are so high, so i would lower it down and put it next to the fire on the right site. Coming to the Patio, the only thing i would change is the firepit, it would make more sense, if it is near the outside couch/ at the Front of the patio. The rest on this floor is pretty awesome. I really like the Master. But the last things i would Chance is the bottom floor, which would serve as a flat for my parents. The things I would Chance are the place of the Television, weich should be under the firewall, the firewall in generell, weich is far too big and should just get smaller and more to the side, and the Maids quarters. I would try to connect the maids quarters into one big room, so that this would be the bedroom for them and the Dressing room. The bathroom would then be the gym room. The cinema would stay, but would get a better seating and the pooltable would go away, this would then be something my parents makr out of. Probably a kitchen.
To be honest i think that this house is not that expensive for his value this house should be about 10m or 12m $ (And don’t forget that the house is furnished )
Looking forward to this one already, the last two ones perfectly fit my taste (location included, Vancouver and B.C. in general are on top of my list of places to move to if I won the lottery)
As much as I liked the house, it felt like the tour was rushed! I wanted to see more of the home theater, the garage, the rooms and bamm he is already gone! Come on mate! You know it’s ok to make the videos longer right ?! Lol
Loll my family offered 6.2 and they accepted cuz no one wants it lol. Also the house is 10 years old I I live down the street from it and my view is better🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ oh and u can’t move in till July or June I don’t remember

Beautiful house but I think that the outdoor pool and hot tub are a bit of an overkill in Vancouver considering that it only gets 23 degrees (on average) for 2 months in the year. I guess they can be used as an ice rink during the other 10 months of the year. lol
Still doesn’t go below freezing usually in the winter, so I guess some people can still use it during then. Vancouver still has like 8 months of warm weather so don’t really think it’s an overkill.
LOVE IT! It will take me about 200 years to save up (if I don't need to pay any taxes, utilities, rent, food, starbucks etc...) to buy one...hopefully I could live that long......
I am seeing your videos many time before and I think you can try reviews with long video's also more details .... I believe you will do better by that which would be helpful & entertaining for us❤️❤️
