Hate it when a period property is wonderful on the outside and inside every period detail is stripped away and it's all modern. Ugh!! This property is absolutely beautiful, inside and out.
Lovely amount of space and a lot of the original features I would keep but I would make proper bathrooms and showers for some of it. Very interesting price for where it is and outdoor space as well. Thanks Tom well done :)
London's great and all, but Nottingham seems a better city to live in. Small flat for £1,950,000, or palatial mansion for £1,950,000, seems a no brainet to me! It's opulent without feeling too much like a museum, it really feels like a house suitable for more comfortable casual living. What really gets me is the versatility and flexibility of the layout, you could convert it into a few apartments if allowed. The basement could be one apartment, the first and second floors could be another one or two units, and the third and fourth floors could be a little penthouse apartment.
maybe for you, but almost 9 million people disagree. 1. far more restaurants of all kinds 2. far more cafes nightclubs etc open almost 24hrs a day 3. 5 major airports which can take u to the corners of the world 4. bunch of train station which can take u to all over uk and also the euro star 5. more museums and attractions 6. more and better universities 7. better job oppotunities with better pay 8. better housing market with greater price rise 9. better hotels the list goes on why London is the biggest and best city in the country if u can afford to live there
I could tell by the price, it wouldn't be in London. Beautiful residence, love Nash's work, would be a beautiful home to own. Not familiar with Nottingham.
@@Libertaro-i2u I've seen some of these property shows and prices are very high in London. I spent some time in East Anglia about 20 years ago & I liked the area, but don't know how expensive homes are there.
The Park is a very high end part of the city though. Private roads (in fact I think the whole district is private) and street lamps lit by gas. Houses and flats here are sought after.
I was gonna say Cheltenham, being from there myself, possibly landsdown area? But the price is too low for this much house, this high spec in the n’ham. Then someone said they entered a raffle to win it and it’s in Nottingham which makes more sense! 😅
I have to say whoever designed the interior to this house did a terrible job. Nothing makes sense. The bathroom, the open shower, placement of certain things. It’s not well done
The owners are total scammers, this property was supposed to be raffled and they obviously just took peoples money for the raffle and no one won the raffle…they are absolute thief’s and if I was the people who have done this program I would not associate with these owners of this property! Total scammers
