I absolutely love this house. The unique space was made for the upper middle class in the industrial era. A big yet small family home that you want your entire family for Christmas feel. Love it!!!!!!! Cleveland, Ohio, USA

This is one of the loveliest houses ever. It is homely and so cosy! I love that you can make a brew in the rooms upstairs (so convenient for lazy me!). The flat is great for an older kid and I love the low maintenance gardens. Some of the larger homes are too cold and clinical. This is a bit of me! 😍😍😍

I've always wondered what the running costs for these houses are like especially with the increase in electricity/gas prices. Obviously, if you can afford one of these houses, running costs won't really be an issue.

Indeed. A tiny galley kitchen in a “£4.25m” property 😂 The owners are clueless. They can ask whatever they want, but no one is paying. On its very best day, this sells for £1.5m.

Beautiful exterior, loved those steps and plants, gives a mysterious but cozy feel to the house. Also, the neighbourhood seems pretty as well, might be beautiful in summer. The interior however is pretty underwhelming. That glass stair and too open plan doesn’t meet the feeling the house goes for.

No way is it worth that sort of money.. The entire living area is tiny. If it were a cottage its higgledy piggledy room size would be understandable. 25ft garden is a big negative.Bath in bedom so tacky.

This is a lovely home that someone has made, I just can’t see mee in it, partly as I couldn’t come close to affording it, but also because it seemed quite cramped albeit because it had loads of homely clutter, but ultimately I felt it lacked real wow factor especially with a really disappointing kitchen and hard to read basement area?

Hornsey - it's just south of Highgate, and south-east of Hampstead. If that house was moved the short distance up/across to Ham or Highgate, you'd need to add another 1.5-2m to the price tag.

I don't want the bath in my bedroom. What is this nonsense? Also, house is too close to street which looks like a main road. Horrible views. Every room feels cramp. Owners are trying to pull a fast one here, by overpricing it on the market.
