Yess finally found a channel that tours luxury apartments/house in the UK. All of the big channels that I love watching are all based in the US and we all know that a 10 million house in the US is not the same in the UK 😂😂 Thank you for showing us realistic expectations of what you can get in the UK!
So so stunning...dream property and great location. Not usually a fan of such dark interiors but have been swayed with this one. Light fixtures are great and love the bathrooms. Another great video.
This is v nice, but all I can think of is: There is so much to clean😭 Edit: ok guys yes I know you can get a maid, and I am not saying that I would ever buy this(I’m also not old enough), but if I were to buy it, I wouldn’t get any cleaners; I’m not comfortable with strangers walking around in my home. Y’all are rlly coming for me omg🤣
Some of the UK developers are more interested in making tons of money but no taste whatsoever! This should have walk-in wardrobe in all the rooms especially the master bathroom and at least 2 garages for that price. Lots of spaces have been misused for nothing. UK developers come oooooooonnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!😱🤷🏻♂️
I completely agree. There are some detached houses I've seen for a million with no garage or space to park in front. Or the best one is the huge kitchen with no utility room. Like I love living here and all but if I ever get rich I'm building my own house. Depressingly there are so many poorly planned new builds around the UK too.
@@danyalreyaz7503 It's something I've always wanted to do if I had the start up money and time. I've got lots of plans drawn up in case I ever win the lotto! Me and my partner have moved into a cheap old house and the time and money going into that is more than we bargained for but hopefully worth it in the end and more suitable for us than a flashy but poorly designed house :)
This is the best home I’ve seen since the Knoll, I like this house a lot. Love the dripping light fixture, the custom sinks in the bathrooms, and the spiral staircase with the lighted pathway. I also like the way you did this video. Well done!!!
Got to remember space is a premium in the UK... even more so in London. I can imagine a property of this size in Manhattan NY would be more than 5 mill easy.
Yeah but some houses are more expensive depending on the area like you could have a really nice house that’s on a private road and has a beach view for more expensive but that same house could be in a really gross old busy road for less money

Planning permission in the uk is a pain in the ass. Its quite hard to build smth nice and modern looking from the outside in msot places as you need to build ur house to fit in with the others around it, its so stupid and i hate it but it is what it is
Gorgeous into! As for the house, the kitchen is very small and not sociable for families. The false partition wall should not be there. Even the master bathroom is small for one with twin sinks.
A "Juliette" balcony is where there is glass or railings immediately in front of the doors, so you can open them, but cannot walk out onto anything. If there is space to walk out onto, then its just a balcony, not a "Juliette" one.
I loathe it . It was once said, “All style, no substance”. I’m afraid to say in this property, there is no style and no substance. £5,000,000, you want your heads seeing to.
Great size and exterior but just not feeling this one - a bit soulless. Maybe just too much brown for my liking. 🤔😐 It's trying to be traditional yet modern but not sure if it works.
This house is barely in London, its out in the sticks, closer to Hertfordshire. If you wanna show a massive north London property, show some gaffs down Totteridge, hampstead, muswell hill etc.

In England we try to keep as much of the period feautures if possible. They never go out of style. In 20 years time the interior will be completely different but the windows won’t date.
@Confucius Say Chill Fair point well made. Such features would also appeal to a foreign buyer too who wants to appreciate traditional English features from a bygone era. Hence, why I will keep such features in my Victorian house - adds value when I come to sell.

5 million in the uk for a home that many wealthy people in Africa live in for a lot cheaper and the pool is not underground because it’s sunshine 90% of the time. Hmmmm the uk is not the best option for a dream home of this level.
Me and my family had a tour in this house with and agent. This is a very cheaply built house. It’s ikea furniture isn’t stable at all and the rooms are tiny. It’s a very unthought through house. This is not a house for family living. The stairs are not good cause the walls are white and they get very dirty. Please don’t feel jealous it’s not what u think it is.
Beautiful house, when was it built?? Has anyone lived in it or has it ever been rented out?? If I bought this house I would change the bar chairs and bar and put a movable floor in the pool.....all said nice house would put in an offer of £4.3m/ £4.5m.

@@SO-2671 Which part of America are you taking about - Beverly Hills or Wyoming? You need to understand country size and location impacts house prices. This house will also cost 3-4 times less elsewhere in the UK.
