Confidence, I love, love the Sound Track. Who is the voice behind the operatic expression. Who is this musical maestro. Very Classy Confidence. You’ve gone above and beyond to showcase this majestic masterpiece with the epitome and exuberance of opulence and extravagance. Assignment well executed. Keep up the good work.
Would love to build this in a 20 acre property, with some beautiful views, long drive way and maybe a dam or river. Extremely beautiful exteriors. Kudos Nigeria, from Kenya
2 problems this house has for me as a foreigner 1) the garden is not really big compared to the house but I have noticed it is common in Nigeria. 2) Since the fence walls are so small there are questions about the safety against burglary for the house.
From my point of view, i can see what they were going for, but they missed the mark. The gold staircase is a failed attempt at being luxurious. Its not even fully gold. It looks like there are silver pieces to fill in the spaces where gold is supposed to be. Too much gold and it looks gaudy, gold in the wrong place and it looks cheap. Gold doesn't equal luxury. Why are there so many columns in that small space in the living room? Its not big enough for all that. They actually take space away for furniture and make the room smaller. Also, that is entirely too much house for the small piece of land its on. And no garage? Isnt this supposed to be a lot of money for a home? And no garage? Its not luxurious to have your car out in the elements everyday. Hell, there's barely enough land to park your car outside. And why is there a sink in the dining room?🤦🏿♂️😂 Especially when there is a bathroom on the opposite side of the same room. Making it gold doesn't make it luxurious. Thats just tacky. 😅 Im assuming whoever built this house didn't plan on putting actual beds in the bedrooms. There is no space for anything larger than a twin bed. The first 2 rooms couldn't fit a baby crib in them. Only the primary suite could hold a king bed. The kitchen was great. Ive never seen a sitting nook like that in a kitchen. Pretty cool. Just keep in mind im looking at this with american eyes. Ive grown used to certain things here. (Like central air conditioning) Im currently in the market for purchasing a home on the motherland. Johannesburg is at the top of my list. Its certain things i need in my future home. Space to put a kingsize bed is one. Whoever built this home needs to study home planning in the US. If that person brought those ideas into africa, it would only add value to the brand and its customers. One more thing, emulating europeans isnt luxurious either. Make something that says "this is ________".
All house and no land. The massive house sits on a postage stamp sized lot. No room for a garden. The house sticks out like a sore thumb. No trees. No privacy. It's a no.
Contrary to your opinion, this house is situated within an exceptionally tranquil estate, enveloped by rich vegetation and exclusively reserved for the elite. An inspection would definitely change your viewpoint.
Exactly! This type of home should be built on at least 1500 square meter land. It looks out of place there with the apartment buildings clearly visible nearby. Nigerian estate builders lack understanding of "neighborhood architectural harmony." A concept in which homes have designs that complement each other rather than looking out of place. This home looks completely out of place in this neighborhood.
@JD-zh1el thank you! Finally, someone who gets it. Where I live, people who suddenly come into a lot of money will build these massive houses with luxurious features and no land, surrounded by modest 2 and 3 bdrm homes. We can always tell who's flexing a fake sense of "royalty."
Always great quality of production from Confidence and the Team. My major concern is, why dont some of these developers higher interior designers? Some These super maximalist finishings could be done more tastefully, and it would broaden the potential pool of buyers, even if thats what one wants. (I appreciate the fact Confidence and the team, aren't the ones building these properties, but rather are doing their best to market them so i don't want this to sound like a criticism of them) nonetheless, great job Confidence in always selling Nigeria to the world, and not compromising on how you do that.
Why is house’s and mansion are very affordable in Nigeria like that while In my beloved country Ghana 🇬🇭 house’s and mansions are very and very expensive if is not the hmmm in Nigeria 🇳🇬 I will love to buy mansion in Nigeria but We will continue 😂😂😂😂
❤ I guarantee that beautiful property with still sell with a 0 added behind it. Because I like everything with Eden in front of it. So if I like it Diddy buys it and this is the beginning elevators in and outdoor kitchens swimming pools and a theatre bar office and gym will be added and 5-10 floors 15-30 bedrooms will bee added this is always just the beginning. So 40 to a hundred jobs paying paying like in America will be given the acronym is World Enterprise Better Anonymous Conglomerate W.E.B.A.C. or World Enterprise Best African Conglomerate Kingdom W.E.B.A.C.K.
@@soumi1984 SO you are saying all those countries cant build houses? he said "africans can build house" but instead should have said "Nigerians can build houses"
