This NEW 2 story home has just been completed and it's astonishing! This is a exciting new site built tour for our series "Site Built Saturday!" Hey friends, this is Chance and I have a custom house video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
The home has a kitchen and main bathroom that will leave you speechless! I'm very grateful Tucker Construction allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has roughly 5,300 sq ft heated and cooled(around 6,000 total sqft). Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video.
Also let me mention the price building estimates I gave are based on the heated & cooled sq ft. However like I mentioned these are only estimates and mainly just my opinion based on what homes are being built for in this area!

We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.

Chance! You never have to worry about your videos being too long! I love how you take more time showing a home and not rushing the tour. I could watch your tours for hours on end no problem! A pantry that large needs electrical outlets. Double ovens and a gas stove, PERFECT. Center island should be marble for pastry baking. Big room upstairs is a craft/sewing room. One of the bedrooms for the cats so they can look out the window. My dream house ìf I could afford such a beauty. Don't worry about the length of your video, we want to see everything you have to show. Keep up the great work and God bless you and yours.

Wow Chance This is a gorgeous home. I love the huge windows in this home The pantry is grand . Like you said a pantry in a pantry. Love it . The fireplaces inside and out are perfect . The quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms s beautiful. The bedrooms and closets with all the built ins are perfection. The main bedroom is remarkable. The master bath is beautiful The shower and the tub and storage with built ins is amazing. I would imagine this home is truely a mansion. You took us on the best with this tour. Love the entry. Absolutely gorgeous kitchen. Oh my word, that pantry! And I love that dining room! Wow! The laundry/mud room is amazing! And the closets in the guest rooms are wonderful! The master blows me away. Th nice size bedroom, huge closet and impressive bath. I love all the built ins. Chance, you have outdone yourself!

Oh my lottery house is no joke using a metal barn kit to make a two story house finished beautifully but by me. Hire out the slab and the shell (possibly the spray insulation for walls and ceiling) but everything inside that I can do I Will ;) it’s how I make my living anyway (mostly bathrooms and kitchens but lots of tear out jobs) so surely a retirement style house with extra bedrooms upstairs :)

You need to do some homes like this at Christmas when they’re decorated up! That fireplace is WOW! And the one outside is a bonus. Love the kitchen/ dining room. Do I see a 💃🏼PANTRY🕺🏼?! That’s a pantry + a pantry! Those bedrooms have massive closets. And the master bed and bath, fancy! That shower would put me in a trance! Wouldn’t need the tub.

That's a huge dazzling home. The storage attic includes another storage attic above the storage attic! And that pantry! Lots of room. I'd guess the front part of the pantry would be for items that you'd use up more quickly, and the other part for non-perishable items. The closets in all the bedrooms are huge. You could almost turn those closets into more bedrooms. I'd hate to be the person changing the lightbulbs in that front entry. It's a beautiful home.

This house is my dream house oh my gosh. The open spacious rooms and the kitchen is gorgeous- my favorite areas of a home are the kitchen, dining room and back yard. The sweetest memories within a home are the memories we have of loved ones around us. 🥰 I love the light neutral soothing colors. The light wood color and light grey marbled design for flooring seamlessly blend together with the beautiful neutral shades of the interior and exterior design of this house to create an airy clean atmosphere. I loooovvee alot of windows in a home to let the bright light in and it helps to keep a light, uplifting energy. The outside of the house is immaculate with so many beautiful trees...I love trees! Yup this is one big old sappy tree hugger here. 😍- I would immediately dress up that yard with some serious flower power 🤣 and do some landscaping. Gorgeous bright colored flowers, garden archways and fancy white lights. A large table would be lovely for candle lit dinners and also a firepit for family and friends to gather around. Have some nice outdoor accent lighting.....it would be a wonderful escape...... fancy cookouts or just chill and laid back dinner parties with wine and the kids running around with sparklers 😊 And the closet space with nice shelving- that one walk in closet with all the shelving and island cabinet/drawers looks like the closets I've seen in celebrity homes on TV. Imagine the holidays in this house! 🥰 If had a home like this I would stay living there until I'm old and dead no problem lol.

OH MY GOSH!!!! If anyone would like to purchase this for me and slide it on over to the peach state, please feel free 😲😲😲. Wow, I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. Beautiful. Chance, where's that tape measure you've said many time you need to bring to measure that island?! I'm not much for the brick & stone combo on exterior. It's too busy & not enough contrast, but do like grey colored brick. Like color of wood floor. Like pantry. Looks like it can hold crock pots & other appliances. Feed the deer off the back patio, put fireplace on for them if it's really cold. Like that 1st bath tile floor color & squarish tub. Rooms upstairs need more windows. Love that bump out dormer w/window. I would not want that heating unit way up in the attic like that, nor pay the heat bill on this house! Love the master bath shower but not so much grout. WANT that master closet, but not in a bathroom. Love it! Thanks for these tours, Chance. I hope to build a house one day and will utilize the ideas you've shown us all :)

I like the high pitch roofs like that. This reminds me of another big one you toured. It had the same issues, nearly a $Million and no front Coat Closet and it really needs a guest half bath. That front room I think was a formal dining room and it could be made into the needed closet and half bath. I'd want a door into the Master Closet from the bedroom area, close off the one in the bathroom. Move the microwave higher. Other than those things it was a great place. We didn't get to see the garage area. I saw a show on TV today that was not close to a mansion and it had the best layout for a Master Bath I have ever seen. It had what I think of like a semi Scandanavian Master Bath. There was a bathtub, spa, and shower in their own tiled and walled-off area...a wall of glass with a door. In a room like that, you can hose down the whole room to clean it. Some Scandanavian bathrooms are completely made that way, with all tile, and waterproof fixtures and there is a floor drain so you can hose down the whole room, vanity, toilet, shower, and tub. Very clean environment.

Oh my goodness love this home Chance, and what's even better is it's in Tupelo, MS the real home of Elvis Presley. I'm just saying. With the wood ceiling and floor in the kitchen it gives it more of that warm feeling I mentioned in that other home that's way to white. I love this home. To bad I'm poor!!!! It's beautiful though and I like the way the upstairs is finished like in that Farm house video 5000 sq ft home. Don't have all the people to fill it. But, maybe I could do the Golden Girls thing. Hahaha!,, And you know you do a great job on these tours. And you're pretty thorough with your tours. Great work 👏 👍
