Please tell the developer to make use of a bigger fridge, provide a standalone deep freezer, dishwasher, a deeper/bigger kitchen sink, washing machine, bigger oven. Common for 320m? 😔

I am very concerned about the lack of greenery for this amount. Global warming is a deeply concerning issue and developers must be forward-thinking and proactive in making sure that trees and greenery that aid in combating air pollution is given due consideration when developing properties; otherwise we'll just be living in a jungle of concrete. The home is lovely but would have been more spectacular in an environment that is not too built up.

Even Confidence couldn't walk smoothly on the side of the swimming pool. Lagos developers na wa. 😂😂😂. It's a nice house though, just can't take my mind off how cramped the surrounding space is.

Imagine what you have to go through as a Nigerian for having a house, no wonder they have short life span. generator, inverter, security door, security man at your gate, security men at the estate gate, vigilante in the community, police at expressroad, amy at checkpoint. Nice dress though.

Confidence..... why now... wahala for security/gateman.. if noise no kill am , na exhaust fumes... lol.. well at least he can't claim he fell asleep. ..lol.. without all these wealth , we cant have adequate national electricity. with all the water nearby we still cant buy a turbine to be powered by the waves. the roof should have a flat space for sunbathing and adult fun.
