Beautiful Music, Camera and Property. In my Opinion highly overpriced. Even Miami isn't this worth. In Marbella Spain i built you this for 30% of the price

That's difficult to say. Miami is fairly safe but you def need to watch out. From a quick Google search it seems we are above the national average in violent crimes and property crimes.
