Too small? lol First home features over an acre of land. You aren't going to find many homes near the city with that amount of land.

@@Legendary_Productions are these homes " for sale?" Or Already sold? and the 1st home is there HOA? And the location of the first home, it sits on over 1acre of land to clarify? Where? Because I didn't think that's possible in Miami Florida I thought lots/land like this are on the outskirts or rural ( Homestead ) areas of Miami.
