I like the big glass front door, I like the chandelier, I like the dining room with the wine storage and chandelier. I like the living room with the nice view of the pool and canal. I like the quartz kitchen. I like the master bedroom, I like the master bathroom with the stand alone tub and walking shower. Last I like the back balcony, front balcony and the pool.

This place screams to me! I love the modern/rustic style throughout! The main living room with the wood ceilings and floors are gorgeous! Wow! The master... OMG! TO DIE FOR! Or, more accurately, died and gone to heaven! The styling of everything is as if I had done it myself (with the help of an interior designer of course...). What more can you say?! SOLD!

I’m no realtor, but in my opinion that house may be the best large house that still looks like it’s very livable if you know what I mean. Not so large and pretentious that everything looks like it’s overkill. Very great views and nothing wrong with being surrounded by neighbors. One feature I didn’t hear you mention was the killer light blue tinted windows. Awesome video👍👍
