Ghana builders doesn’t think about mosquitoes net around doors and windows and again built in garage which has the switch for charging a car etc…and solar power on the toproof, with the climate changes around?? Finally. induction cooking kitchen is good because, gas cooking is not good for the health and safety . That is my recommendation if you don’t mind.

Plenty of space for the garage as you can see right? 🙄 Lands are expensive in this particular area, so it does not allow for that. Solar on roof can be done by whoever buys, just like a lot of other places

There are a lot of houses in ghana with induction cookers if u are interested you can just replace the gas cooker to induction cooker and talking about charging of a car you can easily fix one wherever you park it seems u have a problem with everything about Ghana.Hope you have a car charging in your village too wherever you are

This house have no space around it. It’s very important to have some compound space. It’s good to have bright and light colours only. Have you considered borehole for water supply and solar panels?

The kitchen is a mess..... the color of cabinets terrible the arrangement of the all gadgets and cabinets, fridge,....etc is messy.... why will I have cabinets in the door way?
