The price of the land of the location reflects on the price of the house.Land prices for such areas will easily fetch $150000 just for buying the barren land.It amazes me on how prices of land in Accra are so expensive.

Advice to the development, everything is madly up the fitting, colour, the kitchen why green worktops? You want to build top end properties, you need top end of everything, everything is allover the place, colours????

Why 2 kitchen on same floor while the first is already more than enough

The amount of kitchens and refrigeration units are a serious case of overkill. Floor planning 101, you never place a sink or toilet behind a door in a bathroom. The toilet that I saw in the first floor guest bedroom I am assuming is uninstalled and waiting to be installed in the guest bathroom right. The amount of room in this house is quite generous, I would make some changes with a renovation project that would maximize its space. Not enough green space in the back for the kids to run around and adult social activity. The price is not one that is at all to high for the potential that I see this property has. Perhaps the elimination of some of those refrigerators would bring it more in line to what the final price would be.

For those complaining about the prices bear in mind that the dollar is more expensive now, price tags will never remain the same again, especially for newly finished homes
