Beautiful home and yard and pool, the whole shebang. Were I to buy it, the only thing I know I would really want to do is more landscaping, specifically a lot more trees, maybe big bushes too, around the periphery for privacy, the far back to fully block views of the road, and some sound dampening, as well as all along both sides, but that could all easily be done as a project after moving in, all at once or a few stages. Very nice.
Absolutely. I saw one homeowner just put in a putting green with privacy hedges around the perimeter. It’s a wide open canvas for you. If you want more info on Tampa homes my team would love to help! Email us at info@themorejongroup.com or visit our website newconstructionhomesintampa.com
Homes by westbay always knocks it out the park, and they didn’t hold back on this model. Love the extra yard space and the pool area is massive! Appreciate the comment!
@@Twobarpsi I get it. There are pros and cons to everything. I went with a 1970s home that I rehabbed to make it new so that was my version of a win-win, but not a lot of people like rehabbing so they find the best location they can opting for a new construction home.
On a half acre with pool, spa, and all the upgrades probably close to $1.2-$1.3 million. The base price of the home starts at $892k but then you add in lot, and design options that you choose.
