It's a very nice house. I'm Japanese. Shosugi ban is called Yakisugi ita in Japan. It's interesting. It's like a telephone game.

Love it. Many won't think of the Atlantic coast of England, but this looks great. Japandi is usually the way to go. Nice that you had conversations with the owners in this one too. Bunkbeds are a good idea.

Probably the best designed house that I have ever seen. Designed with style and not money. Although yes it is expensive. It's has class, elegance with cool undertones. Which makes it a classic above the rest and puts the kitchen in the middle of a home. Excellent choice xxx.

LOVE IT... Can say there is nothing I don't like about this house. It's like a Tardis Its a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside I thought it was going to be a one bedroom in shock when Summer said four, and all nice size rooms. And how nice was Tim and Debs They came over as such a lovely couple.

Nice house, this must be the Devon property you mentioned you were visiting when I said hello to you both in the shop at Exeter services., my mr cool levels rose slightly when my grandson saw me talking to two u tube superstars. The correct name for the wood is Yukisugi (burn of seder) the other Shou Sugi Ban translate to going to burn - basically it comes down to the art of burning the wood. 😊

Better than Grand Designs??? Hahaha Kevin is a qualified architecture I think, speaks French and has a wealth of knowledge in construction building and properties in general, these two are amateur vloggers who haven't a clue about materials design building or anything. In many videos Summer wasn't sure how to pronounce Siemens Gaggenau or Miele. She said book marked instead of book matched and marble onyx instead of onyx marble lol

I have a black kitchen. Fingerprints, stains, scratches and scuffs are all you see. Just like a black car it's one of those stupid things that look cool but is completely impracticable. Rather go for dark stained wood like outside of the building 😢

This really made me laugh. I think that makes the UK a lot safer (USA 10.89 firearm deaths per 100k population vs UK’s 0.24. 647 mass shootings in the US in 2022 vs 2 in the UK (1 death)… I could go on.
