This place is as Creepy & Haunted as it is Cool - its an Ancient 120 Year Old Penthouse in Manhattan with 2 Balconies and a Roof Deck, but its not exactly modern or Flashy. Plus, its in the best part of the Upper West Side by Central Park and Columbus Ave, surrounded by cafes and fun things to do.
