Absolutely Beautiful Home! Everything about it is just perfect, from the layout to the decor. I would only have to change the flow of the stairs upon entry. Other than that, I Love It. Thanks so much for showing us this Fabulous home.
People in ATL...luxury does not consist of wire racks. You can find those same wire racks at Homr Depot, Lowes and etc. for $10.00 a pack. Here in TX, you can find wire racks in apartments and in homes below $300,000 (starter homes), and anything over that price point, you won't find it here. Please remember, hard plastic will never last longer than real wood. The Master Suit is fire EXCEPT for this Faux Wood beams. Hard plastic wood beams, vinyl wood flooring and fiber glass tubs, in a luxury home. Hard plastic is NEVER better than the real thing....
@@theenforcer1944 This. Very much so. Things break and fall apart very easily in both homes and apartments/condos around here. There really isn’t any personality here, either. The houses that are actually very nice with character are the houses that have been around for YEARS.
I love the kitchen and that master suite! I also love the way they designed the backyard. Toll Brothers are one of the best home builders and designers that impress me everytime! Thanks Briggs, you did it again!
Make sure Toll grades your property correctly, paints correctly and follows up with repairs. They didn't in my neighborhood and refuse to fix any of their work. Buyer beware
Well designed Module home not a enough land space The rooms upstairs are larger then the one down stairs over all lovely home no outdoor fireplace or grill I rather see New Homes ready to purchase with all hardwood floors which this one has its nice
Hi, loved everything about this house except the wire racks, the no pool, and the subtitled floor.....this house is gorgeous ,but you know it's not, to me better than that massive home you feature in Utah.....but this is one of , if not the best modern home I've seen in atlanta.....
Beautifulness is richness scene's shown in each room and or area shown inside and outside the house; although it's truly gorgeousness shown throughout the inside and outside of house my favorites 👀 seen by the attached 🎥 showings are the kitchen area and the bedrooms and bathrooms; and outside patio's connections to the house is a sooo sweeeet treat of luxury setup for persons that's interested in buying to enjoy.↗The house is sooo beautiful for a sooo beautiful and or rich person's to choose to buy to live in real love peace and happiness; sooo beautiful, for real.👌↗I'm not 👀 looking to buy; I'm just 👀 looking; and often care to make comments about such beautiful richness.
I do not like when a new construction just destroy all existing trees; they remove them and put some baby plants lol... hopefully more people realize this and do more like "carving" into the nature approach, instead of destroying it. e.g. Woodside Plantation in Aiken SC. Love that community!
@@thezack590 Maybe you know this by now, but this is a “model” home and the rep/agent explained that the home has a 3 car garage, but was currently being used as the office for the agents. When you see it, (because he does show it at about 4:14), it has tables, chairs, a flat screen and perhaps marketing materials, etc so that future home owners can discuss options with the agent. Usually, when the model is sold the builders will convert that office space into the garage space it was intended to be. He shows the single car garage and also “adjacent” to that is the double.
I don't get the master bedroom ceiling and barn doors. They don't fit the style of the rest of the house, IMO. But lovely home if you can deal with Marietta traffic.
Yes indeed absolutely gorgeous! However, who can afford this? Inflation, gentrification, poor construction, high material costs, brokers scamming buyers being cheap with materials. I don’t like this new. Atlanta and I wish all these folk would stop moving here driving the price through the ruff!
No one can afford these houses, that looks like they should be in the range of 300,000 dollars. Almost a million dollars for these homes, it's ridiculous. Only Millionaire and celebrities can afford this houses. There are not that many Millionaire in the usa. These houses will just sit for years, because not even middle class can afford these houses. They want sale. The economy is so bad and want get any better, it's going down,down, down. And it's never going to come back up.
First thing I said was that’s a regular 300k house. I make 102k My girl makes 72k I’m not spending a million on this nonsense and I’m not spending 300k on a bando. I’m convinced this market will crash, this isn’t sustainable.
It was made in modern times by modern builders and with modern materials....this home was not built to last. Feel bad for the suckers that paid this much for it.
Crazy traffic and crime is out of control. Services are collapsing and even the new mayor is begging for help. That house doesn't even have privacy. Edgewood is a dangerous area.
