Thanks for the video. My wife and I first saw video of this same property when it was originally listed for approximately $666,600.00 several months ago. I've seen this same property listed about $1M, (I think). Now it's listed at $850k. Educated home buyers do the research and due diligence. Without doubt, this is a nice home in a nice area by Toll Brothers a reputable home builder. However, the housing markets are currently in process of a crash. And some market experts say it could be worse than 2008. This property and other properties around the country will incur a significant price reduction. Patience and wisdom will pay off for the home buyers who can wait about 6 to 12 months. All the best to current and future home buyers. ❤🇺🇲🏠

We'll see what happens. So far home prices in the Atlanta area have come down since August 2022 but I personally don't believe there is a crash coming. There is no real evidence to support that theory, especially in the Atlanta market. We'll come back to this comment in about 9 months though and see. Thanks for the comment!

I’ll place this bet. Put this house in Windermere Florida or Dr. Phillips and you’ll easily clear 3.0 million. After living in Florida for over 25 years. I can say in the last 3 years . Every thing has tripled in price. That’s why I am headed back to Atlanta. We are seeing some foreclosure start. Rent down here around Orlando is going for about $ 2,500 a month.

This same house is now 1.5 million in roswell and milton area so you were wrong actually the model is selling for 1.7 plus

Rich as in beautiful clean scenes being shown off throughout the house is gorgeousness.😊👉 I'm not 👀 looking for political reasons, nor am I looking 👀 to buy, I just chose to click on the joint to 👁‍🗨 watch because so were listed as available for me to could do so and make fair comment or comments about. ✌️
