Kerry's media room/den was the room you toured off the kitchen, not the room off the living room. Also, I love this condo so much but the decoration was better than Kerry had it.
Having watched many of these insightful and amazing videos, especially on duplex, triplex penthouses in NYC, I am surprised that I have not come across a multi-million dollar apartment which actually has its own movie theatre /small cinema inside, just like the ones you get in mansions in LA. It is defo possible with the size of the rooms, especially this one.
I live in manhattan, when I walk in ANY part of Manhattan, there's pee and poop everywhere. We are stepping on the remnants even if we don't see it and to think that people would bring that into their apartments? Hell no!!! I follow the eastern tradition and leave shoes by the door, and ask that of anyone who visits us. Just knowing that people come from outside and now they are walking with their shoes on my beautiful floors and rugs??? Hell, nooo!
Love the tours, but Ryan…PLEASE make sure the lampshades are on straight. I watch most of your vids, and there is ALWAYS a lampshade or two that is crooked..and these are multi-million dollar apartments. Have your interns do a run-through.
Whether you are rich or poor, it is good to have money...and a lot of it. 6168 sq. ft is too big and 21 million dollars is too much and too much of a good thing is too much. Thanks anyway, Ryan.
