If there were no neighbours, the home would have been perfect. Going to that beach with neighbours also able to access it, is something I'm not a fan of. I prefer cliffside homes with the beach at the bottom of the cliff. Yeah, that's shared too with neighbours. But I know a specific Malibu home where only a handful of neighbours can access that beach at the bottom of the cliff. But, the neighbours are not always going to be on that beach, or even at the home. As they use it as a holiday home

You guys are so brainwashed lol. This house was even worse than the modern "sterile" homes. Did you not see how every single beam, wall, and accent was painted stark white? Not even a wallpaper or ANYTHING. This house is in dire need of updating and way overpriced.

@@soliloquy5995Not all wood is painted over, but a lot of "beach" homes rely on white to offset the ocean blue. I imagine it is, or was, a big decorating trend. I'd definitely add some color, at least in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and wall decor, but I love that it's not all done up in metallics, a phase that seemed to flood the mansion mindset forever!

I’m very picky when it comes to the homes I like. But this one hits all the right spots. Wow, what a beautiful home. I love how big all the bedrooms are, I can imagine my kids having the best memories here.

This house is beautiful! There are few times $30,000,000 feel like $30,000,000 homes, but this one does. It is so homey and beautiful. There are neighbors but they aren't super close. The architecture is amazing and the SPACE is lovely. With the gym, massage room, beach, offices, etc, you wouldn't really need to leave home for a lot! It's great for people who have the means for comfort but are a little more introverted. This place gives off a sense of wealth, peace, family, and traditional business.

A house manager 3 guards 2 shifts (full time) Landscape three days a week (contractors) One butler (full time) 5 house keepers (morning time) from 9 to 12 (contractors) Nanny for your kids In this scenario the staff house will be for the house manager, the butler and the nanny. The other staff will come to work from their homes. And the cost will be about 5% of the house cost 1.5 million a year. Give or take. Didn’t mention the swimming pool maintenance and the utilities.

I'm familiar with a lot of the subcontractors and tradesmen that worked on this house. It was done right. The owner is a engineer and made his money in the aircraft industry. Very curious about everything, friendly, down to earth. The framing contractor was old school, do it right. Someone's getting a solid house.

More like a resort kind of property to be used as a hotel for the rich and famous, not a typical modest home at all, too much extravagant luxury to be called a home.For a high end hospitality business venture with several high net worth investors, it is ideal, but not for a typical family, obviously. Notice the guy does not talk about the super high maintenance cost, a very obvious mistake." This house is in dire need of updating and way overpriced", good point.

My favorite thing in the kitchen is that little door where you can keep the dog out yeeeeaaazzzah… just super cute. I like the guest house better than the big house only because that’s a big ass house. I like the coziness of the guest house.

ive seen this house before and i got really excited when i saw this video. i am really interested in architecture and stuff like that. and just recently my family has started telling me how they lived (my grandparents and my mother that is) and i was flabbergasted. so my grandparents used to own a home on the north bay (like 2 min from here, same town) that they built and my dream is to be able to be successful enough to live there one day. anyway the funny part is that the house to the right of this is actually my grandparents friends house. ive only been to osterville once just to look at my grandparents old house from afar lol. anyway i love this house and this area is really cool :D

I also want to compliment you on the video itself. I love the way it was filmed - I like the transitions you did, I like the juxtaposition inside and outside, outside and inside. I enjoyed that!! I think your first camera guy was panning a little too fast, as the other camera guy was caught in the frame. But even still, I enjoyed the filming method as much as the content.

I love the Hampton homes. They seem like they are so much more welcoming and comfy than LA or NYC homes. Those are a lot more cold and museum style homes, these you can see yourself living in.

spent my childhood weekends with my family at an awesome place in Hyannis. Life slows down at the cape...compared to Boston at least. Probably the same pace as California but feels better given its proximity to the craziness

Alright, I'd move there the colors are exactly what I am hoping to have in my home one day. I love that great room and the gym and having it all included if you buy the house is just awesome! I mean this is an unfathomable amount of money but dang it sure looks good. I'd love to have a grand breakfast here with a group of friends or family :) I absolutely love the wood flooring and the rugs and all that!

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead.
