I lived in Miami for less than half a year, but i will remember the time i had there for the rest of my life. These videos always remind me of that a bit. Thanks for your wonderful work, Jason, and keep up the great work.
This Matouk guy really is a storyteller......I live for the dialogue lol. Great job. I can definitely count on you to paint the buyer a pic in their heads...
Wow! Is definitely the word! I must have said it 17 times watching this! Bravo sir, one of your best tours!!! I hope whomever wins the Powerball is watching this video...
Jason you cracked me up. "You got your ice, perfectly formed" 😂😂😂. I love you! You're videos are impeccable, your talent is unquestionable and you always entertain. Thank you for being here and sharing your content. You made my day, again. You've also got one of the most sexy voices on the internet. Boom! 👏🏽
Hey Jason. 6 beds 6 bathrooms? No 1/2 bath or pool bath. The home looks amazing. Let me watch. Ok. You just showed a 1/2 bath after the sunken living room with the unique lighting. That’s some kitchen. It’s the pot filler for me. Cozy window side breakfast nook. Amazing outdoor kitchen and dining/pool/living/lounging. Guesthouse with access to the garage? That’s different. The guesthouse is a 1500 sq ft 2bed 2bath home. That 1st bathroom tiling upstairs is unique and nice. Just surprised a home this large and opulent wouldn’t have an en-suite for every bedroom. No sharing. Always love a bar 🥃🍸🍹🍾🥂🍺. Like the main suite is by the bar 😂. The 1st I’ve seen a washer/dryer in the primary closet. Love that. Wonder if there’s another laundry in the main house besides the guesthouse? En-suite a little busy but nice. Bathtub with a view. Seating/hammock and dock. Thanks for the lessons of the Rich 🤑. You are definitely teaching us 😂.

idk how people in new york pay the same amount for a fraction of the space and no where near the luxury. I get the city life but man NYC is such a trash location i wouldn't want to be there for longer than a 1-3 day trip.
What is the exact city of this house? The name of the island, please What airport do you usually have to use to travel out of the country from this house?
